What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Super easy to implement, to integrate and to use. The functionalities allow for a centralized view of your pipeline, activities, lead conversions, makes it soo easy to create searches and lists of companies and leads you want to focus on, create sequences and easily measure performance, A/B test messaging, automate tasks and make sure you stay on top of changes in your contact list.

There's not a day I don't use Apollo and tbh I would need at least 3 tools to replace it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The latest updates are not better than the original version, I preferred the old version better because it was more intuitive, at least for me. Also, I miss seeing the city of the lead in the sidebar widget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From account research to lead gen, outreach, email writing, contact enrichment, task automation, reporting on sales and campaign performance, it does everything an outreach tools needs to do and more. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I love Apollo's suite of features and integrations. I love workflows, sequences, custom fields etc. I like the chrome extension, especially for task automation. I am extremely grateful that they offer a startup plan. I love their AI FAQs and support team - 90% of my questions can be answered with FAQs that are actually good because AI searches through them for you. The other 10% the support team has always gotten back to me very fast and resolved me blockers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

While I really appreciate that there are hundreds of millions of leads to pull from Apollo many of them feel stale. Likely because there are so many other Apollo users hitting them as well. Also nailing the delivery timeframe with sequences can be a challenge with virtual hours, domain ramping, etc.. many times the estimated email send time is off or delayed - in turn a few times we have accidentally double delivered a given email/step of a sequence. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

What I liked the most about using Apollo.io is how simple and user-friendly its interface is.

From the beginning, we received guidance from their team, which was truly that—guidance, not a sales pitch. After that, I was able to make a much more informed and confident decision, knowing that Apollo was exactly what my company needed.

The database is extremely valuable; it undoubtedly gives me more opportunities to reach my target market more effectively.

I can also track my funnel, emails, and calls all in one place.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

So far, I haven't encountered any issues with the platform.

I absolutely love it! It has been incredibly useful for my organization.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

There's a lot of things that I like about Apollo, including how to execute task and the different sequences that you can set up to send something automatically or connect with someone on LinkedIn automatically. I'm also obsessed with the plug-in on chrome it is beyond helpful, especially when on LinkedIn. I also really enjoy the reporting aspect of it and how I can filter the specific reports. My main audience that I am attracting is cyber security so I need to find senior level executives all within cyber security. Running reports or less help me create strong outreaches. What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

One of the biggest things that I dislike about Apollo is how you cannot change the subject line when you are replying to an email. I would like to be able to edit the subject line after I originally sent someone one email and wanna follow up with another. Also, I think support could be a little better when it comes to getting support ASAP but I know that's kind of difficult to maneuver. And the only other thing I dislike about Apollo is that sometimes the add-ons on LinkedIn and or Gmail don't always load properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Apollo.io helps solve the challenge of finding accurate contact details for cold outreach. LinkedIn often restricts messaging to connections, and many founders don’t list their emails or phone numbers publicly. With Apollo.io, I can bypass LinkedIn’s messaging limits by getting direct emails and phone numbers. This makes my cold DMs more effective, as I can reach founders where they are more likely to respond via email or phone rather than relying only on LinkedIn InMails. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Saves me a lot of time finding qualified leads in my geographical area which is what I need. I also love the personalized intros for the email sequences, people are responding because of the personalization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Its hard to setup if you don't get a discovery call, it's not intuitive in my opinion. The language used doesn't seem to coincide with what the software does. But I'm not a technically advanced user. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

As a Sales representative, Apollo is an easy way to obtain useful and accurate information about companies and clients that you are prospecting. The trial credits that are given are a great starter to get a feel for how the software works. All the tools and features are self explanatory really, but if you need help, there is plenty of training and support from a very knowledgable team. I love the fact that they do webinars and you an do trainings whenever. I use Apollo daily building a pipeline of clients. Apollo integrates easily with whatever CRM you are using making everything that much easier and quicker to dominate finding your next lead. I love using the Sequences to generate an email campaign. The functionality as amazing and easy!

As a pioneer for my company, I can't tell you how easy it will be to implement this with the rest of the sales team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The only two downsides would be the cost and the calls from sales support. The cost is a little high if you are a smaller company or just one or two on a sales team. But there is still a lot that you can do without having to pay for credits.

The calls from sales support are a downfall because you click on a feature you don't have access to and someone calls to see if they can get you to add on to your plan. I get it, they aren't pushy, just a slight inconvenience. Doesn't take away from the effectiveness of the program! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a sales representative tasked to cold call and grow a book of business, getting accurate information on leads in a timely manner is crucial. I don't have a lot of time to just map out and research a bunch of companies. Apollo brings the information right to me and provides effective ways to reach those contacts all within the same program. The amount of time I save with this program is incredible! Huge contact database – Tons of emails & numbers, great for prospecting.

Automation & sequences – Set up email flows, save time, and scale outreach easily.

Integrations – Works smoothly with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce & even LinkedIn.

Good value for money – Way cheaper than ZoomInfo but still super effective.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

The best thing about Apollo is that it can be used very well for both lead generation and cold sales outreach. All pre-sales activities can be managed on Apollo, making the sales team efficient. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo goes far beyond the rest with data quality as well as the number of records available. It provides filters to find exactly what you’re looking for. Also you can basically use its as Crm or integrate with any Crm you have, so it becomes very useful and practical. Plus you can literally find someone on LinkedIn, target them and find their info and be calling or emailing them 5 minutes later. It’s really user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
