What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I like that Apollo has a pretty vast database covering the gamut of industries and countries. We work with a handful of portfolio companies in all sorts of markets and this is a tool we can utilize and find beneficial for each of them. I like the ability to filter and find people quickly while also being able to build larger target lists based upon certain parameters. For the most part it is intuitive and user friendly, and works well with our other systems like CRMs etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

While it has improved, there are frequently times that even "verified" emails bounce or are outdated. We have to run our lists through additional email bouncing software to protect our domains and improve deliverability rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My experience with Apollo.io: practicality in prospecting and email cadences

If there's one tool that made my life easier in prospecting, it was Apollo.io. Creating email cadences on it is super simple and fast, without complication. You can automate sending, personalize messages, and even track who opened, clicked, or replied, all in one place.

What impresses me the most is the ease of finding new leads. You can search directly in Apollo's database, by the company's website you want to reach, or even through LinkedIn, which saves a lot of time. In just a few clicks, I already have qualified contacts ready for approach.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Sometimes there are a few things that just aren't 'user-friendly', but I think that boils down more to a lack of time spent within the system playing around with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Apollo.io has helped me solve issues with incorrect data, and it has allowed me to stay on top of role changes or really any changes that may happen within an account or a contact. That alone saves me so much time! Then I am big on A/B testing my messaging to contacts, and the AI function on Apollo to assist me with my writing has been so useful and, again, has saved me so much time. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

UI and UX are top notch, functionalities are well put together and explained. They also host free weekly sessions in which they cover various aspects of sales processes.

It is easy to understand and it just works. The customer support is helpful, but they didn't really have much work with my issues as they we're really few. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much really, now they have developed the dark mode I thin the only thing I'm really missing is the incorporation of spintax, but I guess it will be implemented soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I've been looking for something to help make outreach and follow up more seamless and automatic and Apollo has done the trick. The platform is very intuitive, the Chrome plugin makes it easy to use when prospecting, and while I don't really use the AI features much, I appreciate it's output. It takes a lot of touches to get a prospect to respond. With Apollo, I can set up a sequence and one email becomes 5. Apply that sequence to 10 prospects, and suddenly that's 50 emails. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

It's a really smooth platform to use and has an abundance of features. You get access to details that you would otherwise struggle to find which is an immediate, obvious benefit. The sequencing is really good and I've been able to integrate with Hubspot easily. Couldn't expect more from a free package, and will look to upgrade in the nar future.
