It's hard to find anything we didn't like about Apollo.io… Everything is so super easy to use that our experience has been quite, quite positive.
The only one thing we found that could be improved are some minor User Experience details (button placement, for instance), but we believe the team will come across and improve on that! 😊

How robust and helpful the tool is even on the free tier. Builds a lot of trust in the brand! I know when I sign up for the $99/mo plan soon, it’ll be worth every penny. I like how easy it is to find leads and employees on the website directly from the chrome extension. Also, how easy it is to extract, validate, and save the contact or email. The biggest convenience is that I can instantly reach the e-mail address of anyone I want to reach. Creating an automatic sequence also allows me to focus on more events. Page transitions within the site are very slow. For example, there are a few bad data in the sequence and I will fix the contact info of one of the sequences. After fixing it, I see that I am now on the people page and I will go to the bad data page again and the road is very long.
Also, I want to be able to add gender as we can add automatic name and surname in emails. Or I should be able to add mr/mrs as a custom column in Excel. Because I send emails in Turkish and if I don't put mr/mrs in Turkish, it can be perceived as disrespectful. I know Apollo is an English tool but this could be really helpful. Apollo has been quite helpful in the email outreach. The best part is there is very less human intervention required. The sequences are completely automatic. After the configuration is done and content is added, its all just cake walk. I can select the time zone of the country we have to send emails to, and it all takes care of shooting mails in their business hours. We can even customize the working hours. I do not get updates on completion of certain events. For example, we would like to get notification if some user opens my email more than 3 times. Email Outreach is super easy with Apollo. We have created multiple sequences based on different geographies and added lists to it which we had created using the People section in apollo. The emails sequences were automated and AI generated, which helped us curate content based on the user's demographics.
Apollo has a huge database of people with very accurate information on their personal linkedin, emails, their work history, about the organizations, and their relevant details. The extraction is also very easy. I just had to type a certain person's name, and there you go - all the details were at my disposal.
