What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Lately updates have been really usefull. I feel like its easy to use and to understand on basic levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

Personally, i have been struggling with the update data on the platform. It seems kind of ridiculus to me that once I save a contact I cant have any updated information on them unless I pay.

Also, I think the support is taking a lot of time, it used to be a bit faster, but last times I wanted to contact there were hours in between. And also, the email response to me, is a bit bad, not cause the response itself, but because the point of the support is to real time talk to someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

As a Sales representative, Apollo is an easy way to obtain useful and accurate information about companies and clients that you are prospecting. The trial credits that are given are a great starter to get a feel for how the software works. All the tools and features are self explanatory really, but if you need help, there is plenty of training and support from a very knowledgable team. I love the fact that they do webinars and you an do trainings whenever. I use Apollo daily building a pipeline of clients. Apollo integrates easily with whatever CRM you are using making everything that much easier and quicker to dominate finding your next lead. I love using the Sequences to generate an email campaign. The functionality as amazing and easy!

As a pioneer for my company, I can't tell you how easy it will be to implement this with the rest of the sales team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

The only two downsides would be the cost and the calls from sales support. The cost is a little high if you are a smaller company or just one or two on a sales team. But there is still a lot that you can do without having to pay for credits.

The calls from sales support are a downfall because you click on a feature you don't have access to and someone calls to see if they can get you to add on to your plan. I get it, they aren't pushy, just a slight inconvenience. Doesn't take away from the effectiveness of the program! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apollo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a sales representative tasked to cold call and grow a book of business, getting accurate information on leads in a timely manner is crucial. I don't have a lot of time to just map out and research a bunch of companies. Apollo brings the information right to me and provides effective ways to reach those contacts all within the same program. The amount of time I save with this program is incredible! What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I use it everyday at work as I like to use it for sequencing my emails and using it to track database of contacts and its data points. I like how its user friendly, and it can easily integrate with Google workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially it was complex for me to start using it for emai sequencing as I was new to any sort of CRM tools. Apart from that I dislike nothing about the Apollo.io Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I able to track the clicks, intent of a customer via email sequences which i run using Apollo.io, I use it everyday at work to remove industry wise data to pitch the clients in the particular domain, designation wise data which i can download in the form of excel is very helpful and it has been a software via which sales and marketing has gotten easier for me in my organization and my other teammates. What do you like best about Apollo.io?

I can type in a list of characteristics for all my prospects and Apollo searches and filters them for me.

I can add different lists and quickly edit emails if they don't work; this helps me track my outreach for every prospect.

I can get notified if prospects get new jobs.

Apollo allows me to download CSVs, call and even text allowing personalised exporting to Numbers (or another CRM of your choice if preffered). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo.io?

I don't understand why I cannot connect to my iCloud email from the email server, but that is just one of a few negatives.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

My favorite part about Apollo is the ability to set up sequences and workflows. This can save countless hours opposed to manual emailing and contact searches!

After just a few short days and two sequences, I already have my first meeting set up! Pipeline management is extremely important for all sales persons and companies, large and small.

This tool house maximize employees time, therefore maximizing company resource all at an affordable cost!

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

This has cut my researching time to a fraction of what it used to be. Using the buying intent signaling has helpped me know where to start with my cold calls and get through to the leads easier. The only issue I have ran into so far is with getting my email connected and them not going into spam. I wish there was someone to actually walk you through the on-boarding/set-up phase as opposed to relying completely on the pre recorded videos Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Apollo has been impressive ever since the sales calls and demo. It provides easier, better, and more features than its more expensive counterparts. But it gets even better—they deliver. I like the fact that, even after subscribing, they make sure you truly get the most out of what you paid for by ensuring you know everything they can do and offer. They provided us with two on-call doctors: an Internal Medicine "Doctor" - the support team - to handle medical emergencies requiring immediate attention and a plastic surgeon - Max from Onboarding - to advise me on areas where I could enhance my appearance, making the experience even more beautiful. I work in sales field in cybersecurity sector at Quoinx, so my main role is to identify prospects details and reach out to them on daily basis.

Apollo.io helps me with the features to identify customer name, company details, contact details of prospects along with email id's and their numbers to reach out. Because of this, I can reach out to the right person and identify right lead.

Main problem is that it takes too much time to visit the company in-person and identify this details manually by asking them, so Apollo solves this problem by providing one-for-all solution showcasing all the details at on place itself on a single click.

Free Credits has been the topic for all the sales people because all the other platforms provide limited and free credits like 5-10 credits per month.

But Apollo is a game changes, as it provides more than any other platforms.

No additional cost and easy access to dashboard. Also easy integration with social media and other platforms.

What do you like best about Apollo.io?

Having used most of the sales engagement solutions as a Sales Enablement and GTM Systems leader for the last 10 years (Salesloft, Outreach, Salesforce Engagement, insidesales.com, etc.), I truly feel that Apollo.io is a one-stop shop for all your sales engagement needs. It's super easy to set up and use, especially for pulling potential leads from LinkedIn and other social media platforms. The data enrichment for emails is a 10/10. This platform and extension are seriously the best out there.

Another aspect I truly loved about the product was the ability to set everything up on the freemium subscription. Once I was done experimenting, I upgraded to the professional plan to access the rest of the platform from additional credits to the dialer.

Additionally, even though I wasn't a paying customer at the time, I submitted a support request during the holiday season for an issue I was having. I received a response and resolution within 24 hours. This level of customer service, especially to a non-paying user during the holidays, truly speaks volumes about the company.

I would love the ability to pop out the Chrome extension into its own window for better multitasking. Additionally, I feel there's room for improvement in the call functionalities; specifically, I would appreciate features like the ability to transfer phone calls, add people to a call, and have push-to-conference functionality for call transfers.
