Simple to use interface to create lists for distribution. We do not use the inbuilt distribution as we use Mailchimp for this. We use the system only for building media lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not necessarily an ongoing issue, but we changed to PRNewswire because we had issues with our previous platforms with changing companies, and account managers.

Data sets aren't separated by region so you can pay for access to global journalists, including foreign correspondents etc, whereas some media databases charge per country.
