The process of sending releases can get fiddly. The html editor could be improved. I don't know anything about coding - but I do know desktop publishing - and what I end up with after importing a document can end up looking like a mess ad therefore spoil my efforts fiddling about on MS Word before uploading. This is especially true with multiple images, and particularly captions, which are treated as images and often cropped.
The info that is available on outlets is often lacking too - would be great to see more consistent representation of circulation/unique monthly visitors/full page advertising costs but appreciate this is not always possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
