The customer support really is genuinely excellent. We are a medium sized charity and mastering the ins and outs of a platform like this is something we have limited time to master. However the online help really is pretty much instant and they show a pretty thorough understanding of the product as well as huge patience.

We had moved from Vuelio after promises that Agility offered press release "personalisation". Sadly this just meant the ability to insert the name of the recipient and has meant that we can't offer personal messages to people we have built a long term relationship with.

Since using Agility, I have been able to provide daily/monthly reports for clients and affirm the value of my PR efforts in a way I would have never been able to otherwise.
