We use Agility for media monitoring and distribution. Very easy onboarding and implemnation experience, high ease-of-use (which makes it a breeze to train new users), good functionality, and responsive customer serice. We also appreciate the targeted reporting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some small UX issues that require extra work or steps (adjusting sentiment, for example), and the platform occasionally misses mentions. When this happens, we need to manually add coverage and lose a lot of the stats we need, such as impressions and AVE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful thing about Agility PR Solutions is how simple it is to monitor and analyse media coverage which is something that our company relies on heavily. The customer support team is fantastic and have checked up on us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, we have only used it for just over a year now and we find it really useful, i wouldn't say there is anything unhelpful about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Excellent support team available, very quick responses to inquiries and a extensive list of contacts. I particularly appreciate the ability to quickly produce reports on coverage as well as the ability to seamlessly monitor client and competitor activity.
On Agility you're able to see more than google which really helps ensure that we don't miss anything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That you can't look further back on the monitoring (max is 1 year) - year by year comparison would be better.
Could do with a constant refresh of contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Agility PR has a great database for reporters. No matter what topic or niche we are looking to discover voices in, we know that Agility PR is working to keep things up to date and fulsome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Compared to some other media database softwares, Agility's design is a little less polished and has a higher learning curve to use the functions correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used a few different PR platforms in my career, but Agility is by far the most complete. First and foremost, Agility is very easy to use and has been successfully integrated across our company without any hastle.
The database is the most comprehnesive and up to date of any platform
I have used, particularly for international media. Building a press release is simple and can be completed without any training, though the platform also allows for more in-depth control over this if desired. Post-distribution, the analytical tools are second to none and offer some great insight on how content is performing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only grievance with Agility is that it doesn't keep you logged in, which can become slightly annoying when you have to re-enter your details multiple times a day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AgilityPR simplifies media outreach and keeps an updated database of contacts, removing the hassle of maintaining and monitoring contacts. It's very easy to use and I got up and running in my new task in a few hours. It keeps up with the times as well, adding features that align with new platforms and avenues for promotion and outreach. The reports on campaigns are very informative as well and help us tweak our contact lists and layouts. Their support team are also quick to respond, such as for onboarding. Nothing to dislike as far as my experience goes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Provides detailed coverage reports
-Large database of publications/reporters/influencers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Database of publications/reporters/influencers doesn't always seem the most up-to-date; wrong info sometimes
-Requires specific instructions/details to get the coverage reports you want
-Not always sure where to find things, labels can be confusing; not the most intuiative Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The staff at Agility PR are extremely helpful; when we first signed up, our account manager gave us a lot of information. We also receive regular emails to see if we need any help.
Although difficult to use at first, the interfact is easy to navigate. It's straightforward to build a PR list and to schedule a press release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are a small company and only send out one to two press releases every month or so, so the cost is becoming harder for us to justify, although it is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the amount of contacts that you recieve in the intended plan. There are so many contacts to reach out to. It is very easy to create an impressive press release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel there may be too many options when it comes to researching media outlets or contacts. It can be overwhelming on who to contact and if the outlet or contact will respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been in the business for several years, and have sat through a number of different presentations. This includes Meltwater and Cision. The best thing I can say about Agility is their people. Meltwater is known for being pushy in their sales, and magically discounting the price everytime they call "if you can sign right now." Cision just was cocky, almost like they knew they had a good product that everyone uses.
The software platforms are very similar through my demos. For me, they were pretty easy to use. For the questions I had, their team were very easy to work with and guided me along.
We ended up choosing Agility PR because of price (neck-and-neck with Meltwater, after Meltwater discounted their prices) and just because of the people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know if I could have something to dislike. The few things I wish they had really don't exist in the industry. (For example, I wish I could have an accurate read on distribution, rather than the generic "Yahoo Finance gets 75 million impressions). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
