Their customer services is excellent - love the chat function so you can get an immediate answer. They check in often but not too often. Product is good and has served us well. The list of writers is good - I know they are real people as I get responses back when I send press releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish we could have more than one person in at a time without paying a lot more - or if someone forgets to log out it doesn't take 30 minutes to time out. Also, finding someone we need to remove from our list is difficult sometimes - are they a private contact, AG PR contact, what list are they on, etc. Have to look various amount of ways to locate them.

The platform has certain quirks - these tend to be OK once you realise what you have to do! Social media monitoring could be improved - having to create subscriptions and topics is a little laborious.

A really helpful session today, in one hour I found out a huge amount about what Agility PR Solutions can do re. targeting the right journalists and distribution of press materials etc. but there is more to it than this that you wouldn't know about without the training.
