We don't love the way that broadcast clips appear on critical mention. We would prefer our clients don't see the edit or archive options. It takes a lot of effort to set up - whereas with other providers I've worked with, they can do more in the back end with key words etc. to save you configuring them. We got tired of being yanked around by our old PR provider. Agility's customer service is amazing. You get an immediate response and I like the chat function. They're also adding a lot of reporting capabilities to enhance the platform at no additional cost, so we feel like we're getting our money's worth and not being nickel and dimed.
