On occasion, some of the contacts weren't aware they were listed in the database which has made for awkward intros.

Exporting lists can be a little tricky, and also I do a lot of regional work and it can be difficult to search on regional papers (searches on where a publication is based rather than the region it covers, which isn't always the same). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As new new client of Agility I have found the platform easy to use. In the first week I've created and sent two press releases to multiple lists. I especially love the dashboard reports of who's reviewed the press release, and the ease of getting their contact info. I expect to use this for months, and maybe years to come. I have had many issues with Agility from fraudulent data to up their numbers to nightmare employees that don't care about anything besides locking suckers into contracts for their crap database. I have complained numerous times about their fraudulent data and they don't care at all. Not only that, I have tried to negotiate my price down if I paid in full because they locked me into a contract. Their finance person said I could not get a discount if paid in full but changed my statement to the full years price anyways. I spoke with the sales manager who told me they would return my payments to monthly and they never did. On Christmas eve they attempted to pull thousands of dollars from my Wells Fargo account multiple times. I never received any communications that they would do this and it was not approved of.
Agility sold me their database over the phone based on numbers that they could not prove exist. When I asked if I could explore the platform before deciding to purchase they told me "due to data security they couldn't allow me to, but I could do a skype run through with the salesperson." This makes sense but it would be extremely difficult if not impossible to understand the credibility of their data through a skype run-through with a salesperson.
Coming from Cision I though the industry norm was that email distributions were not limited. Not in Agility. They limit emails to 25,000. After fighting with Agility over this they finally agreed to give me 1,000,000 emails that they first put in a contract but voided so this agreement wouldn't be on paper. They then went against our agreement and limited the emails.
I sent a few pitches out of Agility and the results I got were horrible. Sending the same pitch through Cision provided 10X + the results. Getting into a contract with them has been by far the worst business decision I have ever made.

Only being able to export into an excel document once you've saved it across into a folder. If you could export at the Topics level then you could quickly and easily see any irrelevant coverage and then put in keywords to remove it before saving your finalised coverage into a folder.
