In the past, we had occasion to work closely with the Agility PR teams on our daily news brief and on the executive reports in order to achieve a very customized set of high-quality products. Agility PR's extensive database has helped us reach a new audience and supports us in getting the word out about our organization's initiatives. Their customer support is top notch and interface is easy to navigate. Plus, we can review the success of the releases - see who clicked, who did not click, who unsubscribed, etc. And the releases don't look automated - you can even add your own personal message at the top. The search function needs to add a few categories for coverage subjects, especially pertaining to women's issues and advocacy initiatives. Occasionally it gets a little clunky and returns with zero results but the customer support team is always there to lend a helping hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For smaller markets, or even markets that just aren't in the top 10 biggest cities in America, media contacts are almost completely obsolete or inaccurate.
