Very old fashioned UX, the list of journalists in certain locations is VERY outdated, lastly they put us in a contract that renewed automatically for one year and didnt let us leave even though we gave notice of 1 month because the contract said notice of 3 months. Other tools seem to get more complex instead of easier to use. Agility so far has stayed consistent. Given the amount of data in searches, I don't expect perfection and always know sometime will be needed to create a cleaner database for client work. As an independent PR pro, I appreciate the affordable pricing and hope Agility continues to keep us smaller shops in mind going forward instead of pricing us out of the market as others have done. Programmers like to update tools like this. Sometimes updates for the sake of updates are frustrating. We started with a few links and now we're down to two. Please keep it simple. That's what's attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service is great, they answer my questions very fast. I can both search contacts, send emails and report on my coverage. Very practical to have all in one place. I find it really easy to search for media coverage on a huge range of topics. I'm in marketing, and I use it primarily to find mentions of our business or competition. We also have engineers using it to find coverage on upcoming technology devices / developments. The search options allow you to quickly find what you are looking for in terms of media coverage. And the contacts section for finding relevant publications and authors is the same - very flexible searching that quickly identifies who you're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the features are a bit more complicated to use than they need to be, primarily in the areas of exporting search results. Most features are user friendly, but there have been a few times when i had to connect with someone via the online chat to figure out how to do what I needed to do. Agility PR offers features and functionality that can make distribution at other solutions costly, such as word count and added images. The dashboard and interface are easy to use and intuitive to make press release uploading (to newsroom and wire) a cinch. Onboarding was very helpful and the company offers quick support, including a chat.
