Agility's differentiator is its customer service team. Once paired with a member of the Agility team, they make themselves available to support all aspects of your PR projects quickly and efficiently. We've even had last-minute requests come through that their support team handled with ease. They're super friendly, responsive and very educated on the platform. At one point, I believe their services may not have been as competitive as other top-rated wire distribution and PR platforms. However, our team has seen a drastic improvement in user experience in the platform, tools offered and AI-powered technology utilized in the last several years. Audience segmentation is unmatched and the user interface is super intuitive/easy. I also like using the distribution service, as the layout is straightforward to adjust and displays beautifully over email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Beyond just offering an intuitive, responsive and intelligent platform, the team at Agility PR Solutions provides exceptional customer service and strategic media monitoring counsel. Automated toning is somewhat challenging and irrelevant/inaccurate. However, this is simply the nature of the beast and can't be altered with a computerized system. Even with 'human toning,' unless the professional is working directly for the organization, it's challenging to capture the appropriate sentiment truly. I like how responsive the customer service team is and I enjoy how easy it is to find contacts. I also love that users can update contacts as necessary, it helps us stay in the loop with journalists and producers at many outlets. I enjoy the ability to export saved media lists as well to have on file. I also love that you have the option to refine your search by outlet type. (Example: radio, tv, print, etc). Some of the contacts are main mailbox emails or duplicates. For example.. sometimes 20 people will have info@nytimes.com as their email. I would recommend agility looks closely at the emails for contacts at some of the major outlets because that's where the error it seems to happen most. When they each in reality have their own direct contact. Otherwise, I absolutely love the platform and appreciate the price. As a smaller agency, many of these platforms can be incredibly expensive. AgilityPR gives me easy access to journalists, influencers, etc around the world. What more, I have access to their entire profile making it very simple for us to know who covers our medium, what kind of reach they have, etc. The platform has multiple features of even running the campaigns and obtaining insights on the same. With this tool in your hand, you don't need to rely on an expensive third-party agency to run your PR but be able to build your own strong network.
The only improvement needed is in terms of keyword search. A lot of the terms that as a SaaS company we would search for is not there but the custom keyword helps a little but could be improved. A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service team is 24 hours a day and every single person in that department is excellent. They help solve problems within minutes. They are the main reason we love working with Agility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The database is awkward and difficult to use. It is missing many markets as well as a lot of major journalists in the areas we focus on, which means we have to hand-enter our contacts as private contacts.
