What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

ADP TotalSource allows me to maintain all of my personal employment needs (i.e., time off, retirement, pay and tax statement, etc.) all in one place. I use it weekly to manage the benefits offered to me by my employer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

Since ADP TotalSource houses many functions in one place, it can sometimes be tricky to navigate and require many clicks to find what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue that ADP TotalSource is solving revolves around managing personal goal tracking. Before utilizing ADP TotalSource, my organization used a manual, multi-file process for creating and storing employee goals. This did not allow for my human resource colleagues to monitor progress of employee goals and it was difficult to standardize goals and goal formatting across the organization. Since implementing ADP TotalSource, my goals can be created, monitored, and stored year over year in one place so I can reference and update them anytime. What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

Each rep has thousands of clients and always seem pretty overwhelmed. It is difficult to get in touch with them most times. We do not blame them, it seems that ADP needs to hire more staff to spread out the clients and provide a better customer experience. Also, the HRBP cannot always provide a concrete answer that would benefit our company, because they are mostly advocating for the PEO. Reporting features are not intuitive and need a lot more work. What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

Whether I have a question about payroll or unemployment, ADP Workforce is my go to solution. My major was Marketing and somehow I ended up in HR so it was very comforting knowing I had a resource like ADP Workforce that I could turn to anytime I am unsure about a task I am faced with. What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

The only downside would be that you have to submit alot of your inquiries to a portal if an agent cannot resolve your issue on the spot. So if it is a time-sensitive manner, waiting in cue is never fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had to complete an employee verification form and I was trying to pull up different pay statements, w-2s, etc and then an ADP workforce representative informed me that this is this magical little button on the dashboard that will produce all the info needed for the employment verification and pay history. What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

Its an all in one platform that handles different sections of our HR needs. It serves as a HR manager but unfortunately it has failed us in the past few months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

We have a difficult and tough time with ADP Tax department and our HR rep. due to which one of the state deparment has threatened to put a Tax Lien. This was due ADP not filing our taxes to one of our state and inspite of raising a ticket with them they have not taken action until now. The first ticket was open on November'2023 and it is still open. I have called multiple times and they are still looking into it. They are not giving us the exact reason for this failure and blaming other people within their department. At the moment our Account Rep. has promised to resolve this in a week. Prospective clients please be careful and keep pushing them to do the work they are suppose to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

There are several great aspects about ADP TS. One of my favorites is the seamless 401k integration with payroll. There is a 360 degree communication which makes managing the 401k so much easier. Another great feature is the COBRA Administration and termination support. It is great to have the HR and Payroll support as well. My current payroll team member, Palmira, is responsive and incredibly helpful. Lastly, the Performance Management feature is excellent! The integration and training for this feature were extensive and so helpful. We have used this feature already with many employees for one off reviews, 90 day reviews and promotional reviews. What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

The integration was not as seamless as we were promised. Which is to be expected, but we had many issues on top of each other. There are several missing features with payroll that I would like to see improved. For instance, when an employee goes on leave the payroll system doesn't register it in payroll.
