What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

It streamlines the payroll process and makes the job very easy and efficient. Processing payroll has been a breeze and we have had help for the last few weeks. I hope that after the next few weeks, we can begin to work independently.

***After having worked on this independently, we have issues with reports and failing to provide the information the way the owners would like to see it. It's hard to get in touch with someone at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

would love to see improvements in ease of use when running reports. I've used ADP Run in the past and loved how easy payroll reports were ran there. It is hard to specialize our reports for journal entries. Also had issues with benefits implementation

*** We get a lot of confustion when it comes to open enrollment. Employees are not getting confirmations about the choices they have made and keep getting notification to enroll even when they have dont so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The total onboarding process for current and future employees. We are a small business and many people wear many hats so it is nice to know that there is one thing (which is super important) that can come off of someone's plate!

COVID regulation updates and relief programs such as PPP application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

They are the leader in this market for a reason. Always on top of things. During Covid times, with all the legislation from the Covid relief bills, their reporting made things so easy. Reports needed for applying for the PPP were built in time to apply. things such as Covid sick pay through the government they handled in full on their end, we paid the Covid sick, we had a $0 invoice and they handled getting reimbursed on their end, we didn't have to wait for that to be reimbursed, great reporting tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

The rates tend to be higher than the competition, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for and they are the best value Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ADP TotalSource allows me to maintain all of my personal employment needs (i.e., time off, retirement, pay and tax statement, etc.) all in one place. I use it weekly to manage the benefits offered to me by my employer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since ADP TotalSource houses many functions in one place, it can sometimes be tricky to navigate and require many clicks to find what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue that ADP TotalSource is solving revolves around managing personal goal tracking. Before utilizing ADP TotalSource, my organization used a manual, multi-file process for creating and storing employee goals. This did not allow for my human resource colleagues to monitor progress of employee goals and it was difficult to standardize goals and goal formatting across the organization. Since implementing ADP TotalSource, my goals can be created, monitored, and stored year over year in one place so I can reference and update them anytime.
