What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

They have been able to take our small company and allow us to have an enterprise level HR system & support team. they handle all nuances to payroll and tax laws as well as the expertise to help us navigate complicated HR issues that arise. I don't have to worry about missing new law, or figuring out how to implement it, they were absolutely critical for us navigating COVID and the local mandates & laws. I also have all of our employee data at my fingertips at any point and is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

Implemenation was difficult and rocky, but ADP jumped in to make it right. My only other complaint is that there are times that we need immediate responses about emergency HR employee issues that take a while to get a response. However this is something ADP does work on to ensure we are covered the best they can. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP TotalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

Managing payroll, tax law, benefit renewals, benefit administration, wage garnishments, and navigating HR policies and employee issues has been extremely difficult on our own as a small business. With ADP I don't have to worry about any of these items because they have them handled. I still have to hire someone to process our payroll, but ADP makes it easy and ADP handles all of our legal compliance, and pays for penalties if they get something wrong, so I can rest assured we are doing things correctly. What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

I appreciate the consistency of ADP Total Source, the support team is courteous and clear every time I have called requesting support for Human Resources, Payroll or reporting. The platform is easy to use and even with their system update coming up I feel confident and comfortable that I will have support available if needed. What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

I don't always know where to find what I am looking for when it comes to reporting, I am hopeful that the updated platform will resolve those issues. I know that if I do get stuck I am able to call the support team for access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

We run our payroll through ADP Totalsource and love the fact that it's a smooth and reliable process.

What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

Whay I like least about ADP Total Source is the cost. The coast is very high and should not be. I understand what I can benifit from it, but if a company doesnt utilize it all the time , its worthless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

I like the fact that they create accounts for all the different states we deal in and make sure we are in compliance. This was one of the main reason we started working with them.

The software platform itself is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate between HR and Payroll functions. When you do have a problem Customer support has been great in responding and solving issues rapidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

Main item that I dislike is the percentage billing per employee for management fees. I prefer to have everythiing broken down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP TotalSource?

That I have a team behind me with HR, payroll, and other parts of running a business. I like that I can reach out to my representative and get help where needed. I know that my payroll is being taken care of on the back end, including taxes, workers comp, and benefits. I have a team for all of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP TotalSource?

The learning curve of receiving a new representative is never an easy transition. I just have to remember that I need to express my expectation of what I need from the rep and then the relationship is solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
