AJO makes it easy to build customer experience, drag & drop components, simple and intuitive. It doesnot require you to be an expert. As usual, Adobe packs a ton of features, enhances & evolves their products every year. AJO gives you the power to track customer interactions & optimize customer journey

**What do you dislike about Adobe Journey Optimizer?**

As it s a complex tool, with ton of features packed into it, it is a bit slow sometimes. The visual rendering of journey takes time.

**What problems is Adobe Journey Optimizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AJO & CJA helps with customer engagement, allows us in delivering personalized experiences in all channels. It also helped us better understand the needs of our customers & set a strategy for our communications. We did see an increase in customer satisfaction.

AJO is great for Omni channel communication, the tool allows you to personalize and send 1:1 communications to consumers.

Since the tool is on the newer side it can be a little glitchy.

This one has been a real game-changer for me, and I especially love how easy it is to use and intergrate with other tools from Adobe. If you're looking to imrpove campaigns, and deliver better, and more personalized customer interactions, this one is an excellent choice for that.

The platform is a bit more advanced and can feel overwhelming at first, especially if you are unfamiliar with Adobe features. However, if you are someone more  experienced with other Adobe platforms, this one is an excellent choice for you.

I think the upsides include its interface and number of features. Implementing it was a whlole other beast, but customer supprt came through big time.

I would say there is a steep learning curve to using this, but that is where our dedicated support team came into play.

The biggest thing that AJO solved for me was making sure I had all my data points in front of me so that I could make informed decisions on strategy and building customer journies. Being able to visualize the data.

- Friendly User Interface
- You don't really need to install it - everything may be done in a cloud.
- Good solution for midmarket and up when your goals can't be met with free analytical software while maintaining data privacy. Adobe takes care of the latter.

- May take time to wholly understand all the features. Wish they had a videocourse or paid consultants that could have made it easier.

Emailing customers in a more personalized manner - as a result, there is a higher rate of emails opened. Plus software covers analytics that MailChimp won't do. Advised it to my friends and they were able to bring more visitors to their websites as it was easier for them to distinguish why those people were coming at all.

Individualised experience over batch or cluster experience. Capability to create a more personalised and meaningful experience over time. Its algorithm over time becomes intelligent and is able to orchestrate both inbound and outbound communication consistently. Overall, it is taking personalisation to a new level all the way, opening doors for hyper-personalisation through generated intelligence over time.

Lack of centralised decision process, too much difficulty in executing real-time experiences and insights, and also too much "build to order" content. Digital maturity is still not there and there is a clear opportunity for seamless integration of people and processes to create an enhanced experience across channels.

It helps in designing a user journey in a most personalised and engaging both effectively and efficiently. The interface allows to easily drag and drop activities from the palette into the canvas. Moreover, the activities are sorted in a structured manner. These categories are Events, Orchestration and actions. All such help to design a user journey and optimise in a way that would brilliantly engage your customer in a most personalised manner.

The fact that it is focused mainly on an API first approach, makes it super helpful in terms of implementation and tracking. The other great part about Adobe Journey Optimizer is that it uses Microsoft's Azure which comes really handy at times

There's not much that I dislike in terms of the functionalities except for the interface which sometimes feels a bit difficult for me to use. But with time it's obviously easier to user and work with

The main thing obviously is the management part, where it's focused on all of the customer journey optimizations. And with it, you can actually check back on people who once wanted to buy something which then got out of stock.

I think it is a bit overpriced for beginners. If you are the established professional it won't be an issue for you. I think there are multiple stages to take care and that is bit over whelming for me.

There are too many technical terms and the whole experience can be made a bit simple for the user if things are explained in a simple and layman language, not everyone might understand everything.
