- Friendly User Interface
- You don't really need to install it - everything may be done in a cloud.

Individualised experience over batch or cluster experience. Capability to create a more personalised and meaningful experience over time. Its algorithm over time becomes intelligent and is able to orchestrate both inbound and outbound communication consistently. Lack of centralised decision process, too much difficulty in executing real-time experiences and insights, and also too much "build to order" content. The fact that it is focused mainly on an API first approach, makes it super helpful in terms of implementation and tracking. The other great part about Adobe Journey Optimizer is that it uses Microsoft's Azure which comes really handy at times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much that I dislike in terms of the functionalities except for the interface which sometimes feels a bit difficult for me to use. But with time it's obviously easier to user and work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
