**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

The best thing about Magento is that it has A common dashboard that helps navigate through each sale With ease. I like the part of the reports better because It gives me more insight into the sales that have happened over the past period of time. I customize the period of time to see the results that I am looking for. As we run digital marketing campaigns it's easy to see how they are translating into sales and how many have just been cart dropped. Blogging is an important tool for me and it's easy for me to format and write blogs continually.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

The features take a lot to set up and it is also difficult for me to understand the backend process of Magento. Sometimes because of the setup flaws, "it shows no records found message". To set it up it takes extra time and technical support for me. I am Into digital marketing and I need to correct the SCO to see the sales and see how the programs are running. It is also difficult to set up a nice template for customer feedback or to follow up with the customers. I wish it was more user friendly in terms of formatting and features it has.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

I think one must take a demo session about all the features and your business requirements. And check out if you can find this tool easy to use and take a trial. Overall it can be easily learned to handle and it's not that difficult either.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me fast sales sales results. I can easily make changes to the website and improve the titles and content in more time. Gives me the most sold product and its details. Gets all the customer bases in one list which can be exported into CSV or XML. It also enables me to track the clients who have moved to the cart and added products to it - And I can easily follow up with the clients by extracting an email list in no time.

  ### 4. Provides best eCommerce sites and versatile cloud technologies to easily evolve and develop.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yolanda H. | Software Engineer II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

The best-experienced thing I have encountered with magneto is that it is an open-source website. In other words, I could change the source code according to our specifications and desires, which helped me to configure templates and obtain the required features. It was also proved beneficial when I had to make third party integration and It did it so easy and simple. Its flexibility is the biggest benefit I have found so far.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Despite all the positive stuff about Magneto listed above, there are still some cons of this e-commerce site. The first con I've come across is that I find Magneto's additional features complex because there's a wide range of them, and finding the right plugins for your site could cost you a lot of time. And another thing I have found uncomfortable is that although the magneto standard or community version is free, its premium version went too costly for me.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Magneto is nice to use if you're willing to spend a lot of money and time in your company. Before starting your company, you need to make a thorough review of your company. If you have a small company with an exact budget, the platform may not be advisable to you. You may consider looking for other channels that might support your business.

  ### 12. Robust Platform. Support needs work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento has many features for business to business websites. Such as being able to limit which customer types are able to view and purchase sensitive products. Also allowing self service of accounts and orders to customers is a beneficial time saver for internal employees. The ability to have multiple Stores is also a plus. There are a some great implementation partners out there that are very capable and willing to help launch and support your Magento instance. Very rarely does the website go down. I believe we have had one instance of down time in a couple of years.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

It seems Magento has a tough time with supporting customers. For example - requesting additional data storage took a couple of weeks. Often times when a support ticket is created the first answer is to 'escalate' the ticket. Which adds more wait time to the ticket actually getting resolved.

We are finding most programmers have a difficult time learning Magento. If going with this product you will either want a certified Magento developer on hand or hire an implementation partner.

Magento releases upgrades pretty much quarterly which is good from a security point but becomes cumbersome. In the Magento community there are many optional extensions. The problem with the frequent upgrades, not all extensions are compatible with the upgrade which can cause errors on the website.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

find a good implementation partner or a magento certified developer & be ready to implement upgrades often. Allocate many hours for testing after each upgrade.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is nice to have the website hosted externally/cloud based. The less the company has to maintain an internal server for hosting the better.
Magento also has the ability to restrict sections of the site through admin. Meaning a group of customer service people can be restricted from editing content management. That can be left to the marketing group.

  ### 13. Best for ecommerce development

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

1. Easy to setup and eCommerce platform for a firm.
2. It is based on languages which are basic.
3. It has an amazing User Interface

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

1. Woo-Commerce is better than Magento because of it functionalities and open source enviornment.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

If you want to implement a large scale eCommerce website then you should definitely use Magento for development.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Creating Ecommerce website for a client.
2, Also setting up my personal ecommerce website in food category.

  ### 14. user friendly enough, has its bugs but can be solved with intelligent web devs

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

I love that the UI layout is easy enough to navigate, every all sub menus all laid out.
With the latest update for text editor/media editor, it's easy to drag and drop media and have your website layout easily designed.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

it is buggy and Magento Cloud support could be more helpful in solving those - with that being said, I didn't actually have a direct convo with Magneto support.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

To use Magento in its full potential, it will be beneficial to have some sort of levels of web developing and programming skills. Since the most basic stuff can still be setup using it's user back end and it is relatively easy to set up, to use every functionality and feature, code change and programming skills will still be needed. If you are a sole business owner with a smaller business to start with, maybe consider other options since it is on the more technical side.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product setup, banners/graphic setup - they are easy for regular people to use, not hard coded.

  ### 15. Very good

Magento is very easy to use. We have a web developer that works on it but we also can do changes ourself.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Our web developer has had some issues with not being able to do a layout as we wish. I am not 100% of the issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

User friendly. Great customer support.

  ### 17. Magento days is over!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar C. | Head Of Ecommerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

in terms of software is a complete eCommerce system, open-source, big community, lots of documentation, SEO friendly, i can not complain as a standalone system for your eCommerce

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

The most that I dislike is that for every update Magento releases, it could cost you from $2500 up to $10,000 just for upgrading!.

You need to spend hours dealing with javascript errors, reindexing issues, Database performance, buying all the possible security software, log analyzers, error analyzers out there to avoid being hacked or to have your website run slow.

A recommendation is never, never go with Magento cloud; if you can afford to go solo, do it! but still, it is costly to maintain the system

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

I recommend do not use it you will lose your time and money

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem I'm solving is SEO; the benefits are that google can crawl your site easily, and has a good Category structure

  ### 18. An enterprise ecom solution

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento 1 is no longer being actively supported, but it was a good platform for us for many years. I liked the ability to easily manage a large catalog and make global changes, such as price rules.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento had some challenges with integrations, and we mostly had to use API rather than native integrations. If you don't have a in-house dev team, this likely isn't a good fit.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Powering our online ecom store.

  ### 19. Good for ecommerce with multiple brands

  ### 20. Magento is great for pros/not so pro

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

I like that it is customizable but still has a lot of out of the box functionality so you have a good middle ground for custom options along with out of the box functionality.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Added custom extensions and programming can create conflicts and take programming knowledge or help.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

Make sure you have a programmer available to consult or pay for Magento help.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't currently have any issues with this. We like Magento's ability to connect to several channels and funnel orders into one source. It has been good with the new inventory management updates as well.

  ### 21. Open Source - Sky is the limit

We really dislike the ongoing updates and resources needed to accomplish keeping the platform secure and updated. The Magento 1 Enterprises is coming to an EOL end of life support period

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform solves many of our internal work flow issues with order management. We sell custom products so it allows a good workflow that is engaging with customer on proofs of design and approvals.

We switched to the platform several years ago and since then we have increased sales and customer loyalty. We also like the ease of managing products and orders.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Further development can turn out to be costly if there isn’t already something that fits your needs. Most Magento stores will need high-end dedicated hosting, optimized specifically for Magento. If not configured correctly, it’s unfortunately often labeled as “slow.”

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

An excellent platform for creating an e-commerce site, but make sure you have an expert available to help you navigate the many options available.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A robust back-end that supports high-volume e-commerce and a flexible front-end that allows us to strengthen a unique brand identity and an effective user experience. There are also many bells and whistles that come in handy.

Thus, one of the fundamental disadvantages of that will be that substantial burden the executives turn out to be somewhat dangerous here and there. It is exceptionally overpriced for little stores. Magento operates on PHP, it is developed just like an enterprise Java app. So, one of the main drawbacks of that is that heavy load management becomes slightly problematic sometimes. Our web design company uses Magento regularly when our clients only need simple ecommerce, especially if they already have one of the pre-made templates in mind. It is fast and efficient to setup and online store with Magento.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento has a lot of technical glitches, more then all of the other shopping cart platforms we use. For example, if you add a few products to your store, then he website may become slow or have error messages, then you would have to manually clear the cache in the system.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

If you require a simple solution and would like to save money for your small or medium sized business then use Magento Commerce.

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento 1x is fairly robust in the amount of control you have over everything as well as the amount of plugins available

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

It is fairly outdated in design and usability. Its 2020 and its the same layout they had when I first started working in Magento in 2010. I also don't like their marketing email feature. We went 3rd party for this.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

Magento 1 is almost to end of life so go with Magento 2.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using Magento 1 for multiple websites, ecommerce, and customer information.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento is meant for eCommerce businesses. It allows you to set up a relatively easy user experience: a customer can view product and go through the process of purchasing the product. If your product is more complex and requires customization, I would recommend another website platform. It can be done, and you will be required to turn off cart and purchasing features.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Unfortunately, we don't do eCommerce, but we do have products listed as such. This site provided us with an easy way to showcase all of our different products and the features, specs, sales sheets, and videos associated with each.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

I would highly recommend Magento if you have a fully integrated eCommerce business. It's a little harder to set up the site if you are not planning on using all of the eCommerce tools provided by Magento.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magento has allowed us to organize a large amount of product so that it is clear and convenient to our customers. We sell many different types of solutions, and in order for the customer to navigate all of these solutions, we chose to implement eCommerce.

I like that you can easily manage all aspects of your store in Magento. Products, promotions, website content, product categories, etc.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

I dislike the lack of reporting in M1. This may be from a lack of set up when first joining the platform but we have not been able to pull good reports or analytics in Magento.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

E-Commerce store. It's easy to make changes with WYSIWYG pages.

The platform is really easy to use, allows you to sell your products, creating invoices, keep track of payments and allows you to build a front end web, so your customers can buy the products for themselves! saving you time so you can use it for developing more business

some reports in the platform are not so easy to read, it takes a little bit of time to get familiar in this area.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing access to the B2B platform to our customers, so instead of spending time creating orders from customers, they can do it for themselves, and you can just use that time to leverage more business development and account management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia S. | Sales Specialist, Luxury Goods & Jewelry, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

The one of the best great advantage of this software is that the customization can be easily to any extent from everything. Magento is a customizable software. Magento provide the free and the paid membership. Magento is very fast, accurate and perfect for the parts seller. The another best advantage of the Magento is used for the e-commerce platform in the world. Magento is a open source plat form. The flexibility is the biggest point and it makes so easier to look and analyze the performance of the websites to get it a real time information. Magento e-commerce platform is a great and have to power lunch from small to large business.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

The one problem of that this software is that we faced the set up and the customization process of the Magento is very difficult. The other problem is that it required a lot of time to customize a magneto software. The inter price of this software is very expensive. Magento does not have the many features to attract the business. Therefore customization of pretty is very difficult as compared to other e-commerce platform. Hence, the big problem of this software is that it can lead to searching of our websites.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magento is very useful and it is so easy to use software. This software our mostly used in e-commerce. Magento is one of the world leading e-commerce platform. Magento e-commerce platform is a great and have to power launch for small to large business. This feature is easily accessible. One of the most interesting feature about this software we can easily find out relevant websites. Magento provide the many tools and the organization technologies to promote e-commerce store.

  ### 33. Goes way beyond the features of many other web store solutions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sofia T. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento Commerce has excellent web page design features. There are a large amount of professional and engaging templates that we can use to start off our designs and modify them with lots of leverage. One of the things I dislike about other web builders is that changes can be hard to make, but Magento offers code editing options that allow us to make precise alterations.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Some of Magento's design and integrations features can be difficult to manage for beginners at programming. The support staff at Magento can be helpful at times, but when it comes to detailed development issues, we are often left to deal with that on our own.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

Magento has way more capabilities than I can even begin to describe. It's a fitting e-commerce environment that can work well for expert developers and those that want to rely more on pre-built store templates.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to get a high amount of quality analytics that let us gauge the success of particular page designs and content. We can also get extensive sales data to give us a better understanding of where we might need to push marketing efforts or possibly eliminate items altogether. We have been able to accrue a significant amount of online sales since activating and launching our Magento store assets.

  ### 34. The Ecommerce Website Leader, Complex, but highly capable if you know the system well.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark B. | Mac/PC & Graphics Consulting/Repair, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

The ability to make fast changes to products and content make it a great tool, and with this latest version, it is much easier to use for those transitioning from another system like WordPress or Drupal.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

It can be cumbersome and slow if not optimized in caching and proper image optimization. Spacing between elements in Bluefoot needs to give better default options. Having to resort to negative pixel adjustment with padding seems counterintuitive.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

Hire your own in-house programmers for Theming and customizations. Using an outside agency to manage your back-end can be extremely expensive and much slower to fix pressing issues.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bluefoot has been by far the best UX addition to Magento. It's made WYSIWYG a reality while allowing legacy code to be added in very easily. Novice users can now update content without needing a lot of training.

  ### 35. A robust eCommerce platform offering endless flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

There are endless possibilities to what can be done with Magento, It is certainly more than just an eCommerce engine. I would consider it a launching pad to whatever you want to do in eCommerce. With what seems like an endless list of extensions and third-party integrations, and the flexibility of the extensible open-source code it is not hard to make Magento do exactly what you want without altering stability.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

We find support to be pretty lackluster. It seems that regardless of the issue, they tend to be pretty slow on the response and are quick to call the problem cause a fault of customization which os not always the case. The native import/export features are not conducive to an enterprise level platform. There are some great extensions out there for this, but they can also be pretty pricey.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to move to the next level in our online business. Magento gives us a great head start on a reliable platform that would have taken us years to fully develop manually. Instead of spending time developing and creating new features, we were able to spend that time growing the business.

  ### 42. A huge website storefront can manage easily by Magento

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shashank P. | Digital Marketing Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

When we arrange a huge amount of products and service or to prepare a big catalog for our store front website, we can easily manage by Magento CMS.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Some features are more complicated while arrange the products and category customization. Some self generated URL's are make big trouble in URL indexing.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

I recommend for professionals who are expertise in e-commerce development.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a huge category and products, you can easily manage with Magento. It is also helpful to maintain categories and store front.

  ### 43. Has many strong features that are useful for our business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Selena F. | Marketing Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento offers the broadest set of feature configurability of any mid-market eCommerce engine. We undertook an exhaustive research project including a live pilot of 7 other vendors. The Cloud (PaaS) offering was strong and removed the entire hosting and environments layer from our project, which was great for speed of adoption in a Greenfields deployment. Very mature concept of scope allows you to execute your multi-website, multi-language goals against a common product catalogue with ease.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Sales and marketing materials regularly and casually overstates the actual features often identifying features they are still working on. The dedicated onboarding specialist didn't really help us all that much.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

Every eCommerce project knows to define budget for information architecture, solution architecture, wireframing, mockups, templates, payments and configuration. You should do this too. In addition to your budget for the above, there are a lot of rough edges that you'll need to resolve on your own dime that constitute unknown unknowns. Because Magento Commerce is literally open source software with a very shiny sales and marketing veneer over the top, you'll need to set aside a certain budget for a specialist Magento Agency to get you over the line.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Magento has allowed us to create much more in depth tracking of customers and hierarchies associated with different stores. This is something our previous ERP simply could not do. The customization capabilities are a double-edged sword. It provides tremendous flexibility, but also requires you to spend the time to plan it all out.

  ### 44. Magento is a good scalable software that is good for E-commerce use. It is a highly customizable.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento provides high customizations and designing capabilities for Developers. The software provides an admin panel to manage and organize things. It also allows to set up various alerts, mail reminders, etc. Magento 1 is highly powerful software and can be used for scaling huge products and websites. The good features of Magento 1 overpower the bad features of the software and in all provides a good experience.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Magento 1 does not provide a good UI experience for end customer. For developers it is a very good software but for end user it can be improved a bit. Also it is a bit heavy and slow to load. But that is understandable given the vast customizations and functionalities it provides for. Overall the good outweighs the bad in Magento 1. The bad features have constantly been improving and issues found are fixed in a sooner or later release and that's a good thing that the software is maintained at a good level.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

Magento 1 is a good software to use and allows for good customizations and huge scope of scaling. It provides a good admin dashboard to manage the functionalities it presents. It's a good software to use for E-commerce platforms.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Magento 1 for E-commerce website development, product development and custom functionality requirement implementations in Magento 1. We have also used it to manage E-commerce platforms via the Admin panel of the software.

**What do you like best about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

Being a cloud-based system it help the ecommerce store owners to get data sources and analytics. Effective data reporting and one stop solution for all kind of eCommerce business needs is biggest advantage about magento BI.

**What do you dislike about Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce)?**

I believe there are no disadvantage about this platform. I have consulted more than 1000 clients, suggested the magento business intelligence to most of them. They are satisfied with kind of analytics they are getting from it and till now as far as what I know there are no negative KOs about it.

**Recommendations to others considering Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce):**

If you are eCommerce store owner and looking for tool which can help you to understand your audience and better advance reporting system then all you need is magento business intelligence.

One of benefit of magneto BI is that you can collate all of your data in a single space with enhanced control and improved efficiency with which you track goals, send reports and target your ideal customers.

**What problems is Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems with our clients was lack of facts and figures. Yes, you heard it right. when you have system that is catering and dealing with your customers, when you see lot of people are coming but they are not buying. This means we are missing the intelligence in our business. If we can able understand our
customers and our system by effective report generation. That would really help us to improve those weak areas of the store which can be polished and can be better.
