The robust ecosystem of extensions and integrations ensures that you can add virtually any functionality you require. Its scalability is a major plus, accommodating both small businesses and large enterprises effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside is the steep learning curve, especially for those new to ecommerce platforms. Additionally, the cost of ownership can be high when considering licensing fees, hosting, and development resources. However, the benefits and capabilities often outweigh these challenges for businesses looking for a powerful and scalable ecommerce solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce) is especially suited for rapid scaling, tailoring, and integration, and is an ideal eCommerce solution to rise to any size business. It is highly flexible and offers customized eCommerce solutions, along with thousands of extensions and advanced features for marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and analytics. I especially love its integration with Adobe products, omnichannel, and solid security. That allows multi-store support and detailed reporting to further improve the business overall. However, it needs to be in the hands of someone who knows the system for it to be used optimally. It is very easy to use for me and the things that I like in Magento commerce easier implementation of work and I use it as a regular basis or 2-3 times in a week. Adobe commerce sometime releases security patches and we need to deploy it asap. So Adobe commerce should take of these patches before any major release happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Basically, Adobe Commerce has 2 main versions, such as magento and Open Source, which are community and enterprise versions.
Magento Community Edition: It is a open source platform and free to download and easy to use, with offers both versions have the best features available, and they have highly customizable third-party integration of extensions and modules. For the community version we need to take official support through forums and online resources only, not from official support from Adobe. Hosting is a self hosted, it is basically recommended for small-medium sized businesses.
Enterprise Edition: It is a paid version of magento. Installing Enterpise version magento requires a paid license and official support. It is is highly customizable compared to Community; they also provide us with a hosting service with magento commerce cloud, which is easy to integration with the shop. We get more features like related to the performance security to managing the large e commerce stores.
Personally, I find the Magento Open Source Community Edition to be a great fit for small to medium-sized businesses, especially considering the absence of a license cost. But, for larger stores and more complex codebase, the scalability and additional features of the Adobe Commerce Enterprise Edition make it a best choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We need strong technical knowledge and expertise to set up and manage the Adobe magento e-commerce platform. If we know about it, then Adobe Commerce is the best solution for the E-commerce environments. Adobe Commerce is a reliable solution for hosting the magento sites. Instead, I don't dislike Adobe. I love Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento Commerce). Its flexibility and customization let me create a perfect eCommerce site for my unique needs. The platform has many features. They range from advanced product management to flexible checkout options. They make store management efficient. The software can be complex for non-experts. It may need a developer to implement it. But, customer support is responsive and resourceful. I often use Adobe Commerce. Its integration with other Adobe tools boosts workflow. It's a powerful, customizable solution for businesses, despite some usability issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the main drawbacks of Adobe Commerce is its complexity. The platform can overwhelm users without tech skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I most like about this framework is that we can customise it's checkout section based on our need, not many framework allow this much customisation on checkout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As Adobe Commerce is a powerful framework, it requires adequate knowledge to understand its features, which might be bothersome for new developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Adobe Experience Cloud is something I like the most because it just brings everything together. By integrating marketing, analytics, and content management tools seamlessly, this makes it very effective and user-friendly. I love that it goes deep into customer habits so that I can create my own customized marketing campaigns. This is a game-changer in terms of real-time data analytics and automation functions which help me to make better decisions about my marketing efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
These are the things I hate about Adobe Experience Cloud; it is too expensive and complicated. The numerous options can be confusing, particularly towards people who are not very conversant with technology. The learning curve is steep, and you will find that a lot of time and effort go into getting to grips with all the tools available here. Further, there is the issue of cost which might become a challenge especially for smaller businesses or start-ups operating on limited budgets. Investing in setup, training and other ongoing support work could quickly accumulate to tons of cash. On top of this, it would be nice if there existed more pocket-friendly pricing plans or scaled-down versions of these products meant for small ventures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Magento has a lot of functionality to setup inital store data. It also has mechanism to create different types of items like configurable, downloadable, virutal and others. Tax regions import wizard is really helpful to minimize the downtime for tax updation. UI is also good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With lot of features it gets complicated to find the navigate to the destination and there no advanced search available to easily find the location of fields inside object. Item search is also pretty slow. If we search for an item which is not available in inventory Magento search will collapse and we will not be able to search anymore unless admin clears the cache which is quite frustrating. Their flexibility for the user and developers, Also Adobe commerce team is very actively working their support, Working on static blocks, pages and themes from admin side is excellent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing that I like about Adobe Commerce is that makes things so seamless and smooth. They make it where you don't have to use multiple different things, you can really do it all in this one program. The ability to make things streamlined, makes things so much easier! The one thing I dislike is that it does need a high processor in order to run efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really good functionality out of the box, lots of way of improving your e-commerce store and it is relatively easy to use if you are familiar with Magento. Previous e-commerce manager on M1 migrated in 2021 to this platform and it has taken our website to another level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Without an informative dev team experienced in Magento it could end up quite difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
