What do you like best about Addigy?

We’ve used Addigy for 6 years. We were using JAMF before. We like that Addigy allows us to manage multiple clients from one login.

Addigy has matured enough that there are resources for almost any mainstream app or workflow. This means if you want to do something, odds are there are resources already posted. If there aren’t, support has been very helpful.

We also did ACE certification which helps keep up credentials for the Apple Consultant’s network. We’ve taken the course twice - certifications expire after 2 years - and have enjoyed the progress Addigy has made in their product each time.

Addigy has a few updates planned that will allow us to more easily manage our client's Macs. They've also streamlined their interface which helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Addigy?

While support is great, the follow-up I’ve gotten from the trainers has been inconsistent. I've emailed on questions we went' over during the course and received no response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Addigy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Addigy allows us to manage a large number of computers with few people. Being able to setup procedures for multiple clients in one interface is extremely valuable. What do you like best about Addigy?

While geared toward MSP's it allowed my department within an enterprise environment to function as an MSP for our Apple products and help us scale a full fold into their product over several years keeping the process simple and consistent in experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Addigy?

The GUI interface is clunky, and I hate how all the files just live in one space. I can't drill down and organize the files stored for deployment. It's been made better in the past year or so, but it's still horribly messy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Addigy is our full-stack Mac management application deployment to deprecation it solves all of our apple problems. It's intuitive enough to understand what we are trying to accomplish, provides help to support staff to understand scripts and has all the auditing we could ever need, if not a bit clunky to access. What do you like best about Addigy?

Even though it is not really needed due to the number of solutions available it is great to have VNC access with Addigy's Live view wherever in the world the computer is and you don't need to get the user to enable screen recording to use this feature to assist them.

Sometimes though, they need assistance and they don't know it, thankfully you know with the monitoring alerts that are available and if you have not added or created an auto remedy script then you can use the Live Terminal feauture to SSH on to the Mac, again no matter where it is in the world and no need for prior setting up. What do you dislike about Addigy?

Do not have much to say, I have multiple times looked at other MDM solutions and even though they have some good features, no one gives you the whole package like Addigy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Addigy?

Addigy fills a hole in our current RMM that doesn't have alot of tools for MacOS. Macs are sometimes considered second-class in the MSP space which is why this tool is so important, it make Mac management easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Addigy?

The web UI, while very clean, can be a little tricky to navigate at first but not an issue over time. They are always making updates so it keeps getting better and better all the time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If your clients have Macs and are asking what are you really doing for management and you don't have Addigy or Apple Management tools, you are doing those clients a disservice. If you tell your clients you can manage Macs... then manage them with Addigy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
