The tool has two UI expereroence now. One that shows the acquia lift UI and other shows the region specific one.

Honestly, there isn't really much that I like about the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The promised roadmap has yet to materialize. For example, the team has been promising machine learning or some type of algorithmic content recommendations for years, but don't seem to be anywhere near ready to release that.
Additionally, it's much more complicated to create experiences that it needs to be.
Last, the analytics don't make it very easy to determine whether or not the experiments actually drive the business results we care about.
In short, I'm unable to create the personalization experiences that I want (recommendation engine) or see the effectiveness of our efforts (analytics). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the aspects that make Acquia Lift stand out from the crowd of personalization platforms is that it stores user profiles. Having profiles allows us to create segments of users to target for personalizations based on historical engagement and behavior on the website. The profiles also allow us to enrich the data using APIs from other data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the challenges we had have been overcome in the newest release which we are currently in progress of upgrading to. There are some configuration changes we need to make to accommodate the upgrade, but all configurable from the admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
