Overall, the green platform is a solid and well managing for lot influencers. Doing actions in a bulk can be a lot more complicated. I can't thank Jitu for making this journey and absolute pleasure.

Sometimes the platform can be lagging. I would like to see and passing it off to the other teams as well.

What I find most appealing about Acquia Marketing Cloud is its emphasis on customization. A single picture of every customer is provided by the platform's unified customer data platform, which enables marketers to develop and implement highly targeted and pertinent campaigns.

When compared to Drupal, Acquia is well-organized. As a marketer, real-time data is extremely useful, and the way all of the integrations are present is extremely beneficial; however, it all comes down to price; if the price could be reduced slightly, that would be fantastic.

Definitely the price, although the application is good, if the price can be lowered as a direct competitor to drupal, then that would be great

**What do you like best about Acquia Customer Data Platform?**

One of the most important ways we use Acquia's CDP is to improve customer segmentation and marketing message customization. Since the CDP aggregates data from the various platforms we connect with customers (in-store, online, social, in-person events, etc.), we can create highly customized messages for our customers that encourage omnichannel engagement - which we've found to be the single best predictor of return customers and higher lifetime value.
We were able to explore the factors behind complex trends like customer lifetime transaction count by taking advantage of the incredible machine learning tools that Acquia provides. It's difficult to overemphasize just how useful it is to be able to manipulate and analyze your entire CDP using models you can build, test, and modify yourself.

**What do you dislike about Acquia Customer Data Platform?**

The one limitation I've found with Acquia's CDP has been data ingestion - particularly when trying to send data from another service into Acquia. 
Exporting data from Acquia couldn't be simpler (with SFTP and S3 output files you can customize yourself), but Acquia doesn't currently allow you to set up new data sources into the CDP on your own, instead requiring you to go through their support team. They have recently added a Workato integration, which is great for automatically setting up connections with larger, more commonly used platforms, but that still leaves a gap for niche/customized data sources. I know Acquia has been moving towards adding more self-service features, so hopefully this is one they will eventually include.

**What problems is Acquia Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Acquia's CDP has been an incredible resource for hand-tailoring messages to customers' unique needs. Since Acquia allows you to ingest data from a variety of sources, create highly refined filters for selecting only specific subsets of customers, and then automatically export relevant data to your ESP, it has vastly improved our ability to target specific customers, thus ensuring that they get all the information they need, while not inundating them with superfluous messages.

**What do you like best about Acquia Customer Data Platform?**

I like the ease of use and the speed to which users can pick up basic skills. There is a lot of flexibility built into this out of box which is nice since you can't always plan for everything. The campaign builder has enough options included where you can build around potential limitations with a little creativity. Form and email creation is intuitive and doesn't require engineering resources to maintain. Additionally, I like that the cloud UI is clearly not an afterthought. It has a clean design and organization which makes it easy to move around in.

**What do you dislike about Acquia Customer Data Platform?**

As with any system there are inherent bugs or limitations. I haven't encountered anything yet that has prevented the goal from being accomplished, but have had to think outside the box a little. Additionally there are some basic functionality tasks that aren't as intuitive as you would expect, for example manually adding a single contact to a segment.

**Recommendations to others considering Acquia Customer Data Platform:**

If you are looking for a lightweight marketing automation platform that can be maintained without extensive technical resources, this is definitely a great option to consider.

**What problems is Acquia Customer Data Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently using this for news alerts. This is inclusive of housing the email template, contact lists and utilization of the API for triggering mail sends. In addition, we also use focus items on various sites as well as tracking to build multichannel profiles on users within a clients ecosphere. The ability to have this type of configuration done in a system as intuitive as this allows for non technical resources to be able to assist in strategy and implementation of campaigns.

I am using Acquia Campaign Studio last two years. It is an awesome solution to solve all marketing needs. I used the features of marketing emails and the setup was quite easy.

I felt that the product feature of integrating external applications can improve more.  Especially the webhook integration feature where I did some extended work to connect with an inhouse application.

I am trying to solve a critical business scenario to send a corporate newsletter from the subscription process till unsubscription. In addition to the, its preference center feature is awesome.

Acquia team that is responsible for Arçelik Pazarlama is not new. They are responsible for our account since the beggining of our cooperation. Therefore, they can find the right solutions for our requests.I would like to express my special thanks to my friends Öykü Akça, Sevgi Çavuşyan and Pratiksha Redkar.

Since 2021 Q4 as company we started to take more attention on CRM, so our requests dramatically increased. In this context, we have previously expressed our demand for increase in resource and improvement in velocity. Current team is great, but we need team expansion.

Apart from this database, we cannot do a customer-oriented follow-up on any platform. Acquia is our only platform where we can monitor our customers. Instead of mass campaigns, by observing customer behaviors we can create campaigns, communications, actions just special to each unique customer.

Easy to setup the instance from the scratch and user friendly Email builder. Also come with inbuilt bulk email solution which helps to send the email so smoothly. In addion to that, webhook integration helps to achive user specific requirement quite easy way.

Unexpected error which is not giving any hint what went wrong. For example if any drag and drop container(row) which is not used and saved the template, then you cannot send bulk emails.

I could able to solve the newsletter intgration for my prestigious customer with help of campaign studio webhook. It is really addressed the pain area of handling the newsletter builder tool and contact sync issue.

I liked how much information was provided as well as the tools! were easy to use, It made my experience exactly what I expected and thats the best part! For me Acquia Is at the top in terms of quality and thats why I chose Acquia Marketing Cloud.

I didn't dislike anything although there is always room for improvement I felt Acquia won me over by a long shot and left me satisfied but still leaving me wanting to learn more!

Acquia Marketing cloud offers Campaign, Targeting and CPD solution that are working very well in conjunction with Acquia Drupal Cloud (CMS). In this way, the complete integration between the tools is incredible. One of the best complete suite available in the marketing.

When considering Acquia Marketing Cloud as a separate tool to be integrated with non-Acquia CMS, then the situation is a little bit different due to the complext integration required.
There is also a lack of business-ready views for the data retrieved and collected.

I'm solving the difficulty of having a single source of truth for Customer data to then enable a smooth content management and campaign management. 
Acquia Marketing Cloud is indeed helping many clients I'm working with.

The UI can be confusing, such as putting "greater than -2 months" to express anything newer than two months ago in segment filters. We've also experienced many bugs that take a long time, months, to get fixed.

Provides CDP, Personalization, Campaign management with a common UI. The various Marketing Cloud products are integrated seamlessly together. But, while the products are great, you aren't locked into using them. If you have a preferred platform you can use it to build a best-of-breed system instead of being locked into a particular vendor's product stack.

Overall, the Acquia Marketing Cloud is an excellent suite of products. As Acquia acquires new products, Acquia should continue integrating them seamlessly with the other Acquia products and providing integrations with other MarTech products.

The platform's drag-and-drop email builder is reasonably simple and easy to use.

The platform does not seem to have been built by marketers and therefore does not solve many of the challenges marketers face. The platform feels clunky and does not present straightforward ways to complete your desired task. 

Additionally, the platform has a lot of random bugs that hinder your ability to work within the platform seamlessly.

We intended to use Acquia Marketing Cloud for full-funnel marketing & sales reporting, integration between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, and lead nurturing campaigns. We have had difficulty in getting any of these challenges resolved with the use of this platform.

I love the drag and drop editor for automation flows.  It's very user friendly and easy to navigate.  Their list segmentation tool is very powerful as well and allows for tons of filtering options for email lists.

I did not like their reporting tool.  Being in email marketing being able to easily pull reporting is super important and unfortunately their tool was glitchy and innacurate when it came to email reporting metrics.

The tool has two UI expereroence now. One that shows the acquia lift UI and other shows the region specific one.

Gives us the leverage to personalize everything! Customize based on demographics, user behavior, as well as anything you could hope to! Images, content, and even landing pages.

It is a bit of a hassle to incorporate to the CMS on our site, however the tool itself is nice and straightforward. Its a learning curve, but if the more customizations you have to start, the easier it is to implement. We went through hell to get it up, but its worth it.

Make sure you have a plan to start, then start slow. Once you get your legs under you, run run run with content and personalization.

Multiple requests now can be personalized simultaneously. Usually we would have to recreate content and reup load it based on time of day, or weekly for various campaigns. Now its all at the same time.

I like that it is easy to use and have most of the features that other similar systems have. I find it ideal if you want handle a relative large email database, and make it grow without the fear of the high associate costs that most marketing automation platforms have. Also when you chose one platform, it maybe be difficult to change (as you have there your autorsponders sequences, triggers, tags, etc)

**What do you dislike about Acquia Customer Data Platform?**

Overall I like it a lot. To chose what I dislike the most it is that seems that it is missing still some functionalities that are a but basic for me (facebook leads integration, RSS to email, ...). Also it is still not very popular, missing extensions. It can be a bit tricky to implement. You better get some small course. 

**Recommendations to others considering Acquia Customer Data Platform:**

I like Mautic. I make a relatively simple use of it. If you are thinking to install it, it could be good to count with a technician for possible troubleshooting. Maybe not on the install, but time to time you may have issues. Because it is open source, I think that it compensates the hussle. It has nice AB test features, even for landing pages. Now it has been recently acquired by Acquia, and I think it is going to be developed even more.

It allows me to growth with confidence, and have an easy to use platform to communicate via email (or sms) with users and customers. Set email autoresponders campaigns. I think it it should be the most important piece of software for any business nowadays. I am mainly in marketing and business design.

Honestly, there isn't really much that I like about the product.

The promised roadmap has yet to materialize. For example, the team has been promising machine learning or some type of algorithmic content recommendations for years, but don't seem to be anywhere near ready to release that.

Additionally, it's much more complicated to create experiences that it needs to be.

Last, the analytics don't make it very easy to determine whether or not the experiments actually drive the business results we care about. 

In short, I'm unable to create the personalization experiences that I want (recommendation engine) or see the effectiveness of our efforts (analytics).

I would look at other vendors with a more mature product.

One of the aspects that make Acquia Lift stand out from the crowd of personalization platforms is that it stores user profiles.  Having profiles allows us to create segments of users to target for personalizations based on historical engagement and behavior on the website.  The profiles also allow us to enrich the data using APIs from other data sources.

**What do you dislike about Acquia Customer Data Platform?**

Some of the challenges we had have been overcome in the newest release which we are currently in progress of upgrading to.  There are some configuration changes we need to make to accommodate the upgrade, but all configurable from the admin.

Definitely worth evaluating and strongly consider the impact of user profiles.

I have used Acquia Lift for about a year now. The best thing about Lift is it is simple to create segments within the tool based off of data you collect on the website. Personalization can get complicated so having an easy tool that can help prioritize personalization views makes the tool streamline and fast.

Originally I thought Lift could be a replacement for A/B testing software but after attempting it several time it just didn't work like I thought it would. I would not recommend using Lift as a replacement A/B testing tool until they update the tool

I have used Acquia Lift for about a year now and so far my experience has been good. Acquia Lift are improving their platform and have already made set up much easier than in the past. I think they still need to improve the analytical side of the software or find a way to integrate with other analytical softwares.

It's easy to use and non-technical users can easily launch experiences with it. It's compatible with Drupal, making it super convenient if you are operating a website on Drupal. The account team is super helpful, willing to jump on a call to help you out or provide you with how-tos, docs, etc. that fit your use case and needs. The account team is really invested in making you and your experiences successful.

The analytics for Lift is not that great, the reports are hard to navigate and at times buggy. In order to be a superior product, compared to the competition, Lift really needs to improve their analytics, making it more visual and easier to navigate. In addition, they need to better ensure that the data coming through is accurate, as at times we were unsure if it was accurate or not. Additionally, we ran into multiple bugs in the process of launching some experiences.

Personalization for the website. We were able to personalize multiple webpages and deliver a unique experience to users, based on different criteria that we set, such as geo or data from our Marketing database.

The advanced reporting and data metrics available within the interface. This provided valuable insight to our team. Acquia's support team was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The overall cost of the product, which is what became a determining factor for us on whether to continue with the product.

Take in consideration the size of your web team and services. We underestimated the amount of staff that would be needed to fully utilize this product to get the most of what we paid over the course of the contract. We would have loved to have gotten more out of it but the timing we choose was too hectic as we purchased this product when we rebuilt our main marketing website with Drupal and the rebuilt took the majority of our resources and in the end there wasn't much availability of our team to dedicate to Acquia Lift in the way that we had originally hoped to. Long story short we took on too much too fast and I believe if we would have waited a few years into our website rebuilt the overall experience with Lift could have been a lot better. Plus Lift has changed and improved a lot since we originally purchased the product. At some point I would like to give Lift another try but until our staffing and budget increases I just don't see a way we could try it again.

Before engaging in any tool, carefully analyze your marketing strategy. Don't get a tool, then look at what you can do about it. Decide what to do first and then, accordingly, shortlist tools. This tool is mostly designed to fulfill basic marketing needs, but is not intended to meet advanced requirements.

Mautic is used to deliver newsletters to attract potential customers and, in advanced situations, to create welcome-based policies. When our marketing team decided to deploy it, we didn't have too much money and that's why Mautic was a nice choice for us. Now, as we can meet all of our requirements, we continue to use it because it can cover every aspect of marketing automation.

I like that I can use native Drupal entities for variable content and that content can be published across multiple sites.

I find the Experience Manager frustrating to use at times. I also discovered that you can't bring any JS code into variable content, even if it comes from your own site. Also the Marketo Connector does not do any syncing of the database it only brings in records that already exist in Lift.

The real challenge with personalization is having a plan and the resources to execute. Also you need to make sure you can get the data that will allow you to personalize in a meaningful way. Otherwise it will not go well no matter what tool you pick.

Mautic is a robust and very versatile contact management tool. It has allowed us to generate follow-up campaigns after the assets has been accessed by a potential client. The forms included in Mautic are quite simple and you don’t need to be an expert to understand how to work with them. It allows you to recognize, before sending an email, the precise time zone in which the system is set up, so you don't make mistakes choosing the hour of sending. Also, it is not complicated at all to integrate Mautic with Salesforce.

Newest releases sometimes show errors, that's why I decided to delayed my updates (turned-off the automatic update process) until I have read good reviews about the new releases.

The software is clean and simple to use, but it definitely doesn't have the capabilities of a greater marketing automation software, such as Marketo. This is built from a result of open source and is a nice for a small automation device, that may work for small businesses with a tight budget.

In my company, we use Mautic to send newsletters in an attend to catch potential clients and also to build welcome-based strategies in advanced circumstances. When we decided to deployed it, our marketing team was not too big and we had a limited budget, that's why Mautic was a nice choice for us. Now, we still keep using it as it's able to fulfill all our requirements, as it's able to cover all aspects on marketing automation.

Mautic is open source, so it's free. It collects on its own database the features of a system similar to HubSpot. It’s also very flexible and it helps you to properly own the info, which is used by many small companies. There are many integrations and functions still on development.

There may be occasions where statements are very inaccurate, but you just have to learn how to use them and it will be all done. The web-based version of the service is as great, but you have to deal with a monthly subscription. Also, sometimes the focus elements have wrongly been put on Mautic content marketing, as it must be inserted via Javascript.

Mautic is very appropriate for small businesses needing the full automation marketing kit at low cost. Mautic was introduced in my company as a way to bring us rapidly and effortlessly the marketing automation. It is a great solution for specialist in technology which do not want to spend thousands of dollars on other channels.

Mautic is an accessible source that, hosted by itself, has a powerful society behind it and releases relatively frequently updates. The Campaign Builder feature is trustworthy, quick and simple and it has many characteristics included.   Mautic allows you to set menus that drop-down with Javascript, as well as switches and shapes.  I'm truly happy with its easy and efficient layout, so if you have connections to the C-Panel, Mautic will keep you safe to mount and use.

As it is open source, the assistance is restricted to public forums. The fact that it's self-hosted implies a little more job, but price advantages are fantastic and your information should always be controlled better. Also, if you don't have a personnel designer, you'll have to install Mautic for yourself, which can be a complicated task.

If you wish a simple internet tool for landing pages and e-mail automation, Mautic is for you. It makes really easy to sit and operate for teams and individuals.

For 2 years I've used Mautic in my company to handle customer phone advertising activities and integrate advertising software on their pages.  A promotional implementation strategy is crucial in today's setting and Mautic provides an outstanding product at an outstanding cost. It makes reporting simple and charging information is very easy as well. We also incorporate Mautic with our product showcase in order to catch and nurture prospective clients. In every manner, we really enjoy working with Mautic.

On a self-hosted platform, you have more control over how to structure data passing through to Mautic. Since it can be a self-hosted platform, it's the most inexpensive way to run email by far. If you have a good developer in your team to help you with set up from the backend and can help you troubleshoot, I would say this is a good platform to run if you are okay with running into annoying bugs. There's a great community that supports the cause too. Your true cost is just running the servers.

**What do you dislike about Acquia Customer Data Platform?**

There are a lot of bugs whenever they launch an updated version and a lot of bugs in general. I haven't been able to time my campaign sends appropriately - it goes off at varying times. There are a lot of little annoying bugs and workarounds that other ESPs have resolved years ago such as email throttling. You have to adjust the cron job and other levers before being able to throttle email - even then, you have to throttle your whole email program itself rather than just one campaign.

Only if you have a great developer on your team or if you are one yourself. This platform is not for your average email marketer and they need to be very well-versed in.
