Unless you are using Rippling's full suite of products (Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, etc.), there are some roadblocks that do not make it easy to integrate with external systems. What I like best was what I like least as well. I accidently deleted my authorization app from my phone and even with my personal ID code I could not access my account until I was given a whole new link from my employer. What I find very useful about this application is how I can look up my company and how it lists everything about my company address, my manager, etc. Also, being able to backtrack to my older pay stubs and being able to access my W2, and other important documentation under the documents tab.
