Working remotely, Rippling has been a great source of information regarding my organization’s HR policies. It allows me to consult my available days for vacation, and submit requests that automatically notify my manager. One of my favorite things about the Rippling is the ability to look at the company org chart and find who works where and for who. This is very intuitive and helpful when you are trying to locate and contact people in certain departments.

Additionally, the referral system is great. Being able to simply add info about a referral and track their progress.

Lastly, the time off and well being sections are very easy to navigate and get use from.

I have tried many invoicing software and must say Rippling stood out in both user friendliness and functionality. This is such a great value for money app. Customer support is wonderful with 24/7 support and with quick resolutions. We use rippling for our monthly invoicing at an ease. Nothing as such that I have come across. However, time and attendance feature lacks any report. We work with a different vendor for that and have all the reports. While most items and settings can be easily found within the platform, there are a few items that I'm not able to find through the search bar and have to manually click through each section's settings to find the specific item I'm looking for. As an example - verifying that all W-2's and 1099's are scheduled to be sent by mail - this section lives inside of a navigation menu that is not searchable from the primary search bar. Considering the complexity of PEO solutions and all of the various features, this is a relatively minor issue compared to the value we receive from the platform as a whole. I have used many platforms and this is by far the easiest platform that I have used. I can find my timesheet, PTO balance, and leave requests easily. I have had no issues since I started using rippling and it has been almost four months. I use it daily and its just super simple, I see their is a customer support number/chat but I have not needed to utilize it yet. As an employee, Rippling is a very easy app to use. The interface is simple, and easy to understand and work around. Viewing my paychecks is simple and easy to do, without needing to constantly download a pdf to view my paycheck. Submitting time off requests is also a very simple process. Very simple to navigate the pages, everything is laid out clearly. My boss had no problem setting it up and setting up my account was just as easy as the rest of it. The payment section is easy to read which is something that's normally difficult for me. The people directory is extremely helpful for when I've needed to get in contact with one of my co workers, but I didn't have their number.
