The app is highly customizable and straightforward. I like that you can control what different types of viewers see and interact with at the UI layer. There are some limitations on how Scheduled jobs interact with your workflows. Additionally, the UI can be a bit confusing to navigate for anyone who has not taken a lot of the training or has not built an app. Most bothersome is the lack of flexibility when it comes to the Layouts (views) on the app pages.
