OY, la liste est longue ici. Justworks est très basique en termes de fonctionnalité et de processus. C'est extrêmement limitant et crée plus de travail pour les chefs de petits départements. Si vous êtes une très petite entreprise de moins de 10 personnes, je pense que ce ne serait pas aussi problématique. Les documents de conformité ne sont pas intégrés, e-verify n'est pas intégré, les rapports sont limités, les administrateurs ont un accès limité. Si vous avez utilisé des systèmes RH plus robustes dans le passé, vous serez probablement déçu. Le support client est probablement le plus décevant de tous. I love how it is a all-in-one solution for all my HR needs. I quickly learned how to use it with no training needed. It is so easy to navigate and I love the modern UI. It is a seamless process to login and find my benefits, W-2 docs, paystubs, and 401k. I have used a few different systems and this one is by far my favorite.
