The reporting needs a lot of updating - but just be aware when you work with JustWorks you do not own your data and you will struggle to get it out of the system - keep good records of your own so you can access things like dependent information;

The benefit offerings are nuanced in various ways that make them not good benefits despite them being seemingly affordable for the company - coverage networks are terrible;

They have no way to administer leaves of absence so you are left to figure that out on your own and they have no field for inactive or LOA so we can even tell that they are out of office;
