Everytime I use the app on my phone I have to log in again, even though I select "remember me" each time, this is the most annoying thing about using the Justworks app Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
Justworks has incredible customer support. The support team is very knowlegable and always available for when I have questions or concerns. It is very easy to enter my hours worked and has a variety of options for doing so - tracking in real time or entering after the fact. I also love that I can access my paystubs in a central place. Generally, I find the layout and interfacing with Justworks is easy and it is user friendly and intuitive. I also love that there is a calendar which lets me know my anticipated payday, as I get paid for every 2 weeks worked, not consistently on the same day each month. I also love that I get email reminders to submit hours and summarizing my hours worked for the week, which makes it easy to identify any mistakes and correct them before the timecard is processed. I think that the only thing that could be improved from my persepctive is formatting or marking reminder emails for submitting hours so that they are different and more prominent than other emails. Like I mentioned, I like getting the frequent emails, however, both my supervisor and I have missed emails informing us that hours need to be submitted early due to a holiday. Our organization has worked with Justworks for almost four years and we've overall benefitted from our partnership with them. The platform is extremely accessible and user friendly, and they have made great improvements over time to their functionality and customer support model. Over the first year of working with Justworks, we did have difficulty with becoming acclimated to new systems, as often if we spoke to four different Justworks representatives over the course of a project, we would get four different answers to the same question. I like that JW is constantly evolving with new capabilities and partnerships. As an admin, having a platform that makes things easy for me is super helpful, as things typically move quickly. The app is user-friendly, and my team enjoys the ease of finding what they need right when they log in. The thing I'm most excited about now is the International partnership - at the moment we only have 1 international EE - but helps to know we can grow with JW support.

We didn't have the best MDV open enrollment season this time around. We've been through the flow a few times (since 2017), and even once, our premiums went up by 37%! This year, though our premiums were low, we received the wrong information multiple times during the process.
Lastly, I enjoyed having one point of contact for everything. I'm not really a fan of the customer success team. I'm a pretty experienced Admin, and with CSuccess, it sometimes feels like I'm teaching them how to do something, or they undermine what I'm saying. I also worked at JW for almost two years as a Strategic Manager, so sometimes their tone is condescending as they're explaining very basic things. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.
The customer service at Justworks is a cut above the rest. I can only think of one other company (chewy.com) which should be as renowned for its support staff as Justworks - I have never had a bad support interaction. The support team are always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Our small business has 6 people in 6 different US States. With no on-staff HR expert, trying to keep on top of all of the compliance laws, taxes, workers comp insurances, etc., would be nearly impossible for us. Justworks makes it easy.
It was extremely easy to onboard our staff. I love that I can manage my full-time W2 employees as well as our independent contractors in the same place. Our accountant also loves the reports that we are able to easily generate come tax time.
As the company's de facto HR person, I use Justworks regularly. The information I need as an admin is displayed right when I log in, and being able to quickly research the answer to a staff member's question about benefits, holidays, etc. makes our team feel confident that they are being taken care of.

I have concerns about the healthcare plans available. Our premiums went up, on average, 37% over last year. As always, when I called Justworks support for help understanding the change, the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and informative, explaining the reasons for the increase and that actually, Justworks' Aetna plans went up 41% on average this year. However, I don't know if this is representative of the market at large, or whether we would be able to find better rates elsewhere. We are too small to do that price research and comparison ourselves, so we have to rely on the information we can get from Justworks. The increase will be a big hit to our small business this upcoming year, however, and so I wish there were more transparency about the cost increases and how they compare to other competing products. I’ve found the platform to be incredibly intuitive and efficient. Navigating tasks like accessing pay stubs, managing time off, and reviewing benefits is straightforward and doesn’t require much time or effort. The layout is clear and well-organized, which makes it easy to find what I need without any hassle.

One area for improvement is the self-service functionality. There are a few tasks—like updating certain personal details or making specific adjustments to benefits—that still require reaching out to an admin.
