I've been an HR leader for 17 years, so I've used many different types of HRIS. Justworks has, by far, the best customer service of any system I've used thus far. I like that I can contact Justworks' support team easily and quickly, and can relieve some stress from our admin. With our previous Payroll and Benefits providers, our admmin worked as a middleman between multiple parties who managed different aspects of payroll and benefits. I find it mildly inconveniant to have different amounts deducted from my paychecks per month, e.g. HSA is deducted from the second check only as opposed to being split evenly across that month's checks. It requires me to do some accounting to account for different amounts during the month, and each paycheck is not always the same amount so it requires some double-checking.
