Additionally, the pricing structure is vague and includes an auto-increase function—if you exceed your job posting limit, it automatically upgrades you to the next tier without confirming the purchase. I like the level of customization that I have with this platform along with having quick response from admin whenever a question or issue arises. I use this plat form every day - multiple times a day, and it is very easy to use. We switched from another ATS and the implementation was seamless. If you are a recruiter, or HR manager I would highly suggest this platform, it made my job much easier and I feel like I have only scratched the surface of all that JazzHR can do. I like that it is easy to use & how much I can do with it. Beyond posting the job ad i have the ability to easily monitor candidates as well as to move them through the recruitment process alongside the hiring manager. My main dislike about JazzHR is how confusing the system can be to use if you haven't spent many, many hours using it or done some of the training. Many of the managers doing hiring only use the site to go through resumes and select ones they want to move forwards, but because they struggle to understand easily how to use the pages it can be difficult. JazzHR is easy to use and great for teams with multiple hiring managers. I can simply add a hiring manager to a job req, and they can sort through candidates, add comments, and suggest who should move onto the next steps. Si je l'utilise pour sourcer de 2 pays différents, il est difficile de filtrer les candidats par pays. Nous avons essayé 2 méthodes différentes et un filtre mixte n'est pas une option. De plus, parfois nous avons du mal à obtenir le support client pour certaines actions qui ne sont pas disponibles ou visibles, le support est très peu réactif. I wish I could customize my dashboard and candidate page to find data more easily. I also wish there were better candidate verification systems in place as I sometimes wind up interviewing people who are clearly not in the country or who are not real candidates.
