Dayforce allows us and our employees to have one place to go to get all the information needed. Our employees and managers are engaged with their information and able to access it on their own time. Dayforce notifies me about my upcoming schedule. I can also submit virtual requests to my manager for "away" days, as well as view other employees' schedules to request switches, if needed.
