We absolutely love the formatting features for email marketing! It is so easy to fully customize the appearance of our emails, add our branding, photos, etc, and not have to worry about distortion when our patients get the email! I think Customer.io should show more support for their smaller customer base. Yes, we are a big company, but extending some of these great features to smaller customers would push the platform even further. Specifically, chat support and utilizing collections in workflows. I think customer.io has a clean UI and it's pretty intuitive. But the thing I think is the best is their customer support. We have an amazing rep who is knowledgeable, always available and supportive. Their chat support is also great - easy to get, rarely any wait times, and consistent and timely follow-up. There are always small things when it comes to functionality that you wish you had, but they are probably not as applicable to other businesses or do not fit into the core c.io business strategy so not on the roadmap for product development. J'utilise l'outil depuis un an et demi maintenant, je l'utilise quotidiennement et la plateforme semble être plus intuitive que jamais. J'ai pu proposer de meilleurs cas d'utilisation pour l'outil dans mon organisation et les mettre en œuvre avec des résultats remarquables. Le contrôle que j'ai eu sur la vue d'ensemble ainsi que sur les détails granulaires est assez utile. Le support technique a été un sauveur et leurs déploiements de fonctionnalités ont été faciles à suivre. Au-delà de tout, en tant que marketeur, je pense que l'entreprise en tant que marque fait un travail incroyable - elle applique les principes de communication B2C de manière transparente à une catégorie B2B autrement ennuyeuse. J'étais déçu lorsqu'ils ont remplacé leur support de chat 'humain' par un bot - c'est sûrement plus rapide mais il n'y a pas l'option immédiate de quelqu'un pouvant accéder à mon espace de travail à distance et m'aider à travers quelque chose. I love using Customer.io! The campaign builder is incredibly useful and easy to use. I especially appreciate how intuitive it is to move blocks around and copy flows from one campaign to another. There are a couple of things that could be improved. The email editor lacks an "undo" option, which can be really frustrating. If I accidentally delete something, there’s no way to recover it unless I exit the editor, which disrupts my workflow.
Another feature I miss is a way to check for overlaps between campaigns. When setting up a new campaign, it would be really helpful to see if some of its emails will collide with existing campaigns already running. Avis collecté par et hébergé sur G2.com.

I’m still using Customer.io at a moderate level, but I’m really happy with what I’ve seen so far.
The visual workflow builder makes it easy to set up emails based on product events, and there are plenty of customization options to personalize messaging.

It's a really powerful tool, but still quite easy to use. It' versatile if you want to gather a lot of date and put it to further use.
