This has been a great product to do payroll and other HR business with. Very user friendly and easy to get help from customer service when questions come up with changes to my business. No real downsides but I do wish that they would include notes field box in the "extra pay" area of bamboo so that when I add a non taxable reimbursement to an employee I could go back to see what a non taxable reimbursement was for or include a GL code or something that would help me distinguish individual nontaxable reimbursements easier. Siento que BambooHR necesita a alguien trabajando en RRHH para probar la plataforma, hay algunas funcionalidades que simplemente no funcionan, como tuve problemas durante meses con la firma electrónica, una variedad de problemas y todavía no es útil porque, incluso después de la resolución de ellos, porque la idea sería usar la firma electrónica para nuestras ofertas, pero el candidato/nuevo empleado podría firmarla solo después de terminar toda la incorporación en el sistema y convertirse en empleado en la plataforma. Además, es muy difícil configurar los campos de firma electrónica, si quieres hacer eso para formularios con muchos campos, lleva muchas horas, ya que si lo hicieras con docusign sería mucho más rápido debido a la movilidad. El soporte también es bueno, pero me gustaba cuando teníamos el soporte a través del chat. BabmooHR does not support a Guarateed Payment for a business owner who would typically receive a K1 instead of a W2 during tax season. We were told prior to implementation that a Guaranteed Payment was supported, but come to find out after wages were taxed sometimes and not all and after months of trying to get it all reversed, we decided to remove our OWNER of our business from BambooHR payroll. This reflected onto myself, as I was the one to make this decision. The payroll team always lead us to believe they understaood exactly what a Guaranteed Payment was, but they did not...but they may know now. This platform still does not support this type of pay. I love how this platform is so user friendly, from employees to account admin. Our staff can range in tech literacy, however even the most basic mobile users are navigating the BambooHR app seamlessly with time off requests and timesheets. Previous systems we have used require a heavy coading approach from account admin, however Bamboo does that all in the background for you. Every day, any time, i am able to just click a button with my command and it produces a perfect report or function such as email reminders and signature requests. It is also great how it has the electronic signature feature, this has enabled out company to move forward in the tech space by having everything digital, no more printing employment contracts!! The only real vice is that it caters much more to the American market. However, having said that, the customer service is still very reliable and quite fast considering the time difference, and they are always suggesting imporvements or linked services that can cater to our Australian needs.
