Their website is very straightforward, I registered myself and uploaded all my paperwork in just a couple of hours. Their local manager is great, my whole experience regarding contract signing took just a day. I really can't complain, I've had no issues with my paychecks either. I'm very grateful they exist because I really didn't want to open and manage my own company.

From the perspective of a contractor, Remote is a huge time-saver. Getting set up took only around 15 minutes, and I especially enjoyed that they provided pre-filled templates for the W-8-BEN form and digital signature, so I didn't have to download and sign anything.
One of the best things about it is that I don't have to worry about sending invoices any longer - it just sends invoices according to the company schedule.

I have some nit-picks on how the navigation sometimes isn't super clear - for example, if you want to download a payment receipt, you first have to click on the ID of any given invoice to open a new window, from which you will find that option. I would like Remote to work with my company to find solutions (ahead of time) for remote work outside of my country of residence, that are compliant with my country labor laws where my contract is signed. It is not a dislike but these would be an imense way to improve even more there services. ps: They provide these consultancy service but open ieach casse revision, I was not able to easy see this information ahead of asking. Remote has made it simple and easy to track my hours as a contract employee. When I got my W2 benefits stripped away, I had track each hour I was actively working, down to the minute I was sitting with my butt in the chair and clicking the mouse at my desk. I work remote, so Remote made it very easy to log on in the morning, click the Clock-In button, and BOOM! My working hours (and minutes) were being tracked. And when I needed a break, all I had to do was click the Break button, and Remote would automatically clock me out and start my break time tracking. Then when it comes to submitting my time, and my manager wants to know exactly how I spent my time before he approved it, Remote gave me the opportunity to leave notes next to each block of time I clocked in and out, and I was easily able to select the days I worked and submit my invoice bi-weekly. Nothing really. Remote's user experience is fairly simple and easy to use. The only times of frustration come from when my employer's funds aren't received by Remote, and that causes a delay for me receiving my paycheck and being able to afford groceries for the week.
