During onboarding, the only issues that I had had with Remote.com had to do with communication - I didn't feel like the specifics of the onboarding process were communicated to me properly and so because of that, there was uncertainty around certain aspects, such as joining the benefits scheme offered by Remote.com. I felt that, on that front, the process was largely driven by myself and my queries - the process didn't seem to run as smoothly as one would otherwise want. Everything on the platform is quite straight-forward and the whole onboarding process runs very smoothly. Setting everything up before being able to sign my working contract took less time than I expected. The customer support contacted me proactively offering help (which I didn't require), but I appreciated the reach-out. Handing in expenses also is quite easy and doesn't take a lot of time.
