Onspring is easy to use and easy to adapt to your needs. There are few limitations which allows us to shape the system in line to our savings methodoloigy and business requirements. Our Procurement teams use Onspring frequently and in real time. There is a good level of customer support with prompt responses and felxibility. There are a few bugs in recalculating forecasted and/or delivered savings when adusting input dates. It is important to us to have these fixed for a smoother user experience.
