Once of my favorite features that Dayforce offers is their mobile app. It's easy to setup, easy to navigate, and offers a ton of functionality for a very mobile employee population. Dayforce is fully integrated, a one stop shop! All employee information is in one system and moves quickly throughout it. This is particularly helpful when a wage change goes through in the middle of a pay period or when completing a retro wage change. You can see the change, including the retro change, right in the employee's Timesheet, which automatically feeds over into Payroll.

Dayforce makes benefit enrollment and annual open enrollment simple. The system remembers what benefit programs the employee has participated in and the employee’s beneficiary information.
