I don't think there's any other way to go when using a service like this due to how easy cloud talk is to use, how easy it is to install and integrate into my daily work life, and the fact that i use it everyday with absolutely 0 hassle opening it, setting it up or dealing with any issues at all, speaks volumes about it. the few times i've created my own difficulties, at no fault of the app, the customer service has been patient and very receptive of any questions ive had. cloud talk is very easy to use and the implementation part is THUMBS UP. I have been using cloud talk now for a while and the experience is pretty good. I am able to connect with my prospects without any hindrances who resides abroad. I can able to make calls frequently and can able to connect with them and it's like making calls through our normal cell phone.
the experience is very good and would recommend to people who deals foreign clients to use this app for making calls. The ease of use is pretty good. it offers support for various mobile and web platforms which makes it using quite easy. customer service is exceptional even tho they dont have any toll-free or customer support call lines however agents on chat pretty much resolve all the issues on time. getting it intergrated is also pretty easy since it has a native support for many CRMs. Calling rates are quite competetive as well. The only downside with cloudtalk is if you're from india you'll have a hard time with billing as RBI guidelines has problems with credit cards being used. i really hope cloudtalk finds out a way to resolve this billing issue. Bewertung gesammelt von und auf G2.com gehostet.
I work for marketing team and I do believe cultural rapport with the customers/prospects is a pivotal aspect when it comes to handling clients abroad. Cloud talk has helped me achieve this aspect with their international call plan facility. I am currently using it frequently for APAC countries.
Apart from this , I would also like to highlight few features of it - recording, calling review and reports. It helps me focus more on the conversation than worrying about the notes taking session.

Einfach zu bedienen mit grundlegenden Funktionen. Ich schätze auch die schwierigeren Funktionen und die Tatsache, dass der Kundensupport (insbesondere Lucia und Daniela, aber auch andere) mir schnell und klar hilft, die schwierigeren und komplexeren Mechanismen zu verstehen. Die Anwendung benötigt sicherlich einige Verbesserungen, da grundlegende Funktionen wie sichtbare verpasste Rückrufversuche in verpassten Zoll fehlen. Aber es ist auch schwierig, intelligente Rückrufe aus dem verpassten Tab zu setzen, wenn ich zum Beispiel aktiv 3 Telefonnummern benutze. In der Analyse selbst zeigt es manchmal auch Fehler an und z.B. kann ich die Anrufschritte nicht in einem separaten Tab mit der mittleren Taste öffnen, sondern bin gezwungen, im selben Tab zu bleiben, und wenn ich dann zurückkehre, werde ich zum Anfang zurückgeführt.
