They overcharge on nearly every package Their customer support takes 48+ hours to respond sometimes "We'll be refunding you the $2k+ overcharge" but still haven't seen a dime SLAs reset randomly without an explanation
I like the adaptability and enjoy the Hero team. They're always willing to help us accomplish a goal
It takes forever to load anything. Lot numbers will randomly disappear. Merging orders is cumbersome at best, and merging 3+ orders is tedious. You can't search by first AND last name, only one or the other, I could go on for days.
