Scanning and label generation functionality is poor. It does not support master tracking, has poor pickpath planning and the scanning functionality is difficult to use for our warehouse teams so they would prefer to just pick to paper than pick to scan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows me as a user to login and see all my orders at my 3pl that are in a portal ready for shipping. I am able to edit and correct orders as long as the order is in 'open' status. This has been very helpful. I find the inventory stock status report very helpful so that I can see my inventory levels in real time. The integration seemed pretty good. Easy to use. I ship globally. I have to assign for each product a value for customs and I cannot change it which can be a big problem in order to give accurate values for customs purposes.
