System is pretty intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The on-boarding process was not sufficient to really get the system set up and running. Tech support has improved but still could use some more improvements. User Groups and FAQ section on the website would be very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simplicity. No frills. Great reports.

Being unable to adjust quantity, placard, lot number, and location in one place. Moving through different screens when we are updating our inventory is very time consuming.
Also, not being able to reprint a placard (movable unit label) without knowing the receiving information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No complains. Everything works good for our company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many features in Scout that so many companies would use, but my company does not currently have need for. I can understand why Scout was referred to my company to use. Scout's support people are very careful when making any changes or customized adjustments, ensuring that my company understands the workflow and triggers and how the change will affect other areas of our setup and our synch with our other systems. the synch between scout and our other system is a bit touchy. Scout generates 'messages' that is the driving record between scout and our crm. occasionally these messages stack up with errors for several reasons "cant find serial", "cant find company". and they need to be manually deleted or corrected or no further data will pass through the systems.
Scout cannot create custom field for manually typing in the exact shipment weight. Scout cannot create a custom field for exact ship date that can be reported on (rather than using their most 'recently updated date'). You cannot mass change product codes without requesting Scout to adjust certain aspects of your Snap tool. The Snap tool acts sort of like a data loader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is great to have a 3PL Warehouse Manager to ship out some of our products. It lyncs our system and WMS to ship out items so we do not have to use our own warehouse. It helps manage my various customers and channels so we do not have to ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike is that it can be quite expensive. Although we are not using our own warehouse, but they bill us for using boxes and warehouse space. Inventory is often miscalculated, a lot of discrepancies that does not match what our system shows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
