**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

After trying several platforms and partners we are VERY happy to have landed with Flowspace. The platform's ease of use, order management tools, and internal communications module are significant  improvements on what was previously available. Results have been consistently within SLA, often exceeding expectations. Partner warehouses demonstrate high standards, and possess value-added certifications that are benificial to our personal care product line.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

Still waiting on improvements to customized reporting. Flowspace's AI tool is a great start,but I hope to be able to request more detailed, custom queries soon.

**What problems is Flowspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowspace assists Dermaclara in achieving it's goals of streamlining operations and reducing the need for internal  (operations)  staff. The platform provides real-time visibilty on all orders, inbound receivings, work orders and shipments, as well as the ability for CS operators to edit and/or communicate with the warehouse specific to an order or job. This feature alone saves several hours per week over our previous workflows. The support team at Flowspace is loaded with industry experts working within a well-organized system to provide timely responses as well as strategic suggestions.

**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

Flowspace provides our team with omnichannel visibility, Amazon/Shopify integrations, and more. The greatest benefits are their customer support and technical team. Extremely responsive, flexible, and feel like they're PART of your team. You can have a great product, but if you don't have the right people to help enable cababilities and set you up for success, then it's effectively a useless product. Flowspace has both a great product and an A+ team. Overall

- The software does what it says it's intended for and more
- It's VERY easy to use and implement
- Integrations are a few clicks and seamless
- Our team is using it ALL the time 
- The people on the Flowspace team are the best in class

Can't think of anything. Maybe only feedback is to think through how to better articulate pricing (tough in this industry in general)

**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

We love the visibility and the customer service we get by using Flowspace. Their team is super proactive in showing us new features and ways we can optimize our operations, and is very hands-on when we're troubleshooting new issues or ideas. In particular, have really appreciated the node optimization tools and analysis that Flowspace has provided to give us more insight into how we can better meet our customer demand.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

While fulfillment costs aren't quite as cheap as Amazon with our current node volume, they have been working with us on ways to bring those costs down.

**What problems is Flowspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowspace is solving our warehouse management and 3PL needs, making it very easy to scale up our operations.

**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

I really love the extension of the inventory that Flowspace provides it makes inventory management and product shipping so easy and as they cover a wide area with faster processes.
The website interface and user experience are easy making support and tracking faster and more reliable.
-Overall it's easy to implement and integrate with shop's/E-commerce tools like Shopify.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

I really hate that they do not have a live-chat option and cases/tickets with them take time to be reviewed and have feedback, and sometimes they have issues with storing metal/Alumoin products (Rusting issues)

**What problems is Flowspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Flowspace has always been improving and fastening the shipping and handling process, and their website is pretty good in reflecting info and tracking. Our delivery ETA's have been greatly impacted by the by extension of Flowspace's warehouse in New Jersey as our main house is on, which has cut the time in half. Our members have found this to be advantageous,BY the noticeably better and more enjoyable ordering and delivery EXPerience.

Flowspace has a good user-friendly interface and are responsive to customer questions.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

Unfortunately since they don't own their warehouses there's a lot of disconnect when it comes to getting something fixed at the fulfillment level. They're essentially another middle man which makes it a bit harder to get special requests executed.

Direct to consumer fulfillment is our primary need, speed of delivery, accuracy and best cost savings.

Flowspace has been an incredible partner to us at Agni. Through multiple transitions in Supply Chain Leadership, they have been an absolute rock, keeping detailed records of our projects and providing consistent, caring support for all of our projects. I love the team's attention to detail and feeling like they care as much about our product integrity and customer experience as we do!

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

We have yet to be disappointed by our experience with Flowspace yet.

**What problems is Flowspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Flowspace ensures that our inventory is handled with the utmost care, and even helps us fix issues that have arisen in our supply chain such as damaged or mislabeled product. Flowspace also drop ships all of our product and ensures that customers receive what they ordered in a timely fashion. Accuracy and same-day ship rates are astoundingly high, consistently above 95-98%.

**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

The Flowspace portal is easy to use and navigate through. The team in Ocala offers great customer support, keeping open lines of communication , works to accomdoate our neeeds in unusaul circustances and offers solutions to problems that negatively impact operations. I frequently use this portal on a daily basis for tracking our shipments and ensuring the accuracy. Their are multiple features that are of valuable use for operations. While the intial learning curve was minimal, ongoing support and regular updates have continued to  enhance the portals functionallity, keeping it aligned with evolving business requirements. Overall, the portals integration and impletmentation capabilities have positively impacted my workflow, contributing to  increased productivity and operational agility.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

In my experience working with this group, there is not much to  dislike. The only issue i see is on the inbound Recieved reports duplicating a PO with no data. This has been brought to the attention of the Flowspace team but unfortunately there has been no resolution. This is a minor issue that has no real impact. Would like to get this correct though for future reports.

**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

Flowspace offers a robust platform for fulfillment offering users a more premium-priced but comprehensive alternative. Would like to take this opportunity to commend our account manager Richard Mercedes for overseeing our needs and staying on top of our blind spots - duties one would not normally expect from account managers. Having dealt with a number of account managers from various softwares and services, a distinct difference can be felt in Richard's approach, as he adds a personal touch and goes the distance to really make us feel like he's an extension of our team. We previously requested for a special complex feature to be built into the system, and Richard was instrumental in the speedy implementation of our requested solution - a great surprise, especially when we were expecting to be ignored. If anyone decides to onboard with Flowspace, I hope you're fortunate enough to be assigned Richard as your account manager.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

Flowspace passes credit card processing charges to its clients (2.9% + $0.50) I believe, which can be a mitigating factor for international clients who rely on credit cards as their primary payment source. Their overall pricing is also considerably higher than other service providers, speaking from our own experience. This may deter businesses worried about net margins being eroded by fulfillment costs. Should FlowSpace decide to adopt a more competitive pricing strategy, they could become the most obvious choice for fulfillment.

Fulfillment with DDP to enable us to ship product globally with higher acceptance rates thanks to their integration with passport. Also offering comprehensive analytics tools for inventory forecasting.

Flowspace is an amazing platform that is extremely user friendly. Both their customer service team and solutions engineers are extremely helpful and flexible.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

There isn't really anything to dislike about Flowspace. Anytime a little issue comes up, their team acts quickly to find the best solution for both parties.

The platform usability is nice and onboarding new warehouses quickly is a plus too

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

It's a bit odd that weIt's a bit odd that we have to work with a Flowspace customer team instead of working directly with the warehouse on projects and to resolve issues. And so it sometimes can be frustrating because of the lack of immediate responses since the Flowspace team needs to reach out to the warehouse and receive a response back. 

Also, the fact that we cannot pull historical reports for our inventory counts is pretty frustrating. We have found a workaround, but the report expires in 7 days for it gets frustrating if we ever have to pull inventory counts for a past month for auditing purposes or inventory reconciliation.

**What problems is Flowspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped us start up a warehouse super quickly.

I like the interface, constant upgrades, and numerous features. The site is easy to use and the customer support is top notch. Flowspace is essential for my day to day operations as I use it frequently. Integration is smooth and allows for effective implementation.

I do not dislike anything about Flowspace. If there is a glitch or error, the team fixes it quickly!

Accurate and timely access to information.  We utilize Flowspace's software as our inventory record keeper and find their system to be very accurate.  Our account management team is accountable and detailed in their analysis in optimizing our supply chain setup.

Flowspace is still building out their reporting capabilties at this time.  They are receptive and open to our feedback on how to optimize the platform and have demonstrated to ability to be dynamic with their optimizations.

Flowspace is optimizing the location of our inventory, analyzing trends/data and making suggestions on how to better run our business.  They consistently deliver on their SLA's across the network and hold the warehousing partners accountable to delivering our product on time and in full.  As we pivot our brand from D2C only to an omni-channel approach, Flowspace has the tools to properly serve both the freight and parcel sides on the business.

It's so easy to communicate with the team - both the warehouse floor team and the Flowspace support team. Whenever any issues arise, they are quick to help resolve any issues.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

There are a few features that we wish were already implemented (like Amazon FBA integration, being able to see backorder counts), but the Flowspace team is always eager to hear feedback and has been helpful in communicating with the product team, putting our suggestions into action, and updating us regarding timelines.

Flowspace is a simple platform to use for order entry/checking inventory for what I do on a day to day basis

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

There is a general lack of prompt communication when issues arise as well as the warehouse not having full visibility to all information pertaining to orders (i.e. all reference numbers, backorder status). In regards to communication, it is often difficult to receive responses on the discussion boards without reaching out to other contacts on other platforms which kind of cancels out the purpose of the discussion board feature.

Easy to input orders, not easy to receive responses to change order requests/messages through the discussion board.

**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

WMS software is really robust and clean. They have B2C and B2B warehouses nationwide everywere you need them and customer service is attentive and very good which is critical for us!

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

The only downside is FS sits ontop of 3rd party warehouses so you have to lean on and trust FS customer service to sovle warehouse related issus. They do a great job but sometimes I like being direct.

Flowspace is one-stop show for fulfillment, warehouse management and inventory tracking. I went with Flowspace becuase they do all of these things at a high level and also support our warehousing needs for B2C and B2B.

The partnership that we have with our account rep, Meaghan. She goes above and beyond and I feel as she has Kane's  best interest always.

Flowspace is still a very young company and there are many feature improvements that can be made to become a more rebust WMS system. I think there is a lot of focus on what is the next offering.

The UI of the portal is easy to navigate. It's clear to see where inbound/outbound orders are and get a detailed view easily. Customer support is good, our account reps are responsive.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

The 3PL reporting is lacking. It's crucial to be able to pull back-dated inventory snapshots and we're unable to do that in Flowspace. Also the warehouse cannot see orders when they are backordered, which causes delays in outbound processing and leads to TONU freight fees when we're running lean inventory and replenishing close to the outbound pickup date because the warehouse is unprepared.

We have found the team responsive and helpful. They are quick to resolve issues and provide insight when requested.

The system integrates well with our storefront and tracking orders etc is easy. 

Tech support is very helpful when we have required support relating to the api.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

The support system is time  consuming and a bit repetitive when requesting assistance and accessing 'cases' is not user friendly and buggy.

As a remote company having a good 3PL is imperative to our business.

I love that I can schedule reports to run over the weekend. It is helpful to capture a snapshot of our inventory as of Monday morning. The reports are easy to run.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

You have to clean up the reports a lot. They are not easy to run and need a lot of filtering.  The data is not very clean.

Flowspace is an essential backbone to fulfilling our customers' orders. The portal is straightforward to access and navigate. I can easily view order information pulled from Shopify and see which fulfillment partner is responsible for delivering.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

The platform is speedy and without issues! So, nothing to dislike. Their customer support is a joy to talk to as well.

We use Flowspace for its robust third part fulfillment control, and the web portal grants us access to the needed information on order whereabouts and tools to modify the order if need be. We are able to deliver our product to our customers on time and without issues in most cases. If a problem occurs, Flowspace takes care of it once notified.

I think it's a very friendly UI. Everything looks sleek and is where I expect it to be. Our account manager, Courtney is the bee's knees. I'm not sure bee's have patellae, but if they do, Courtney is the equivalent. She's super responsive and helpful.

The ability to backdate inventory changes would be nice. It can make month end close difficult.

**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

We had to make a decision whether we would attempt to ship our own products to customers or use a fulfillment partner.  After speaking with several, we chose FlowSpace.  They take the worry out of storing products safely, picking, packing, and shipping them exactly as you want.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

Support and follow up is good.  But mostly done by e-mail.  Sometimes it would be nice to just be able to pick up the phone and call someone.

**Recommendations to others considering Flowspace:**

FlowSpace is ideal for scaling up a small e-commerce business. It takes the worry out of fulfillment and allows the business to focus on marketing, sales, and growth.

**What problems is Flowspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue with both storage of inventory and with time to package and ship customers' orders.  Flowspace takes that off of our hands and allows us to focus on the business.

**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

It started out great and quickly declined. The only pro is their software makes it somewhat easy to control.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

We disliked almost everything about Flowspace after being sold on a glossy version of it. The customer service is so horrible, you have to submit a ticket when you have an issue and it sometimes takes a week to resolve. They will tell you that you get a dedicated rep and that is not true, your issues and questions go into a queue where they just sit unanswered. The warehouses that they pair you with are primarily inexperienced and we were always paired with warehouses that specilized in industries like dog food or furniture when we were a luxe accessories company with a huge collection of fragile items. We moved warehouses 3 times because of problems. Had thousands of dollars of "missing" inventory at the warehouses (theft? damages?) , who knows but they don't cover the missing inventory, it's up to you to have insurance that covers their mistakes. 

Wrong items went out all the time. Their prices and fees quickly change and add up, they set you up with lower fee's and quickly change them and that is okay becuase it says they can in their contract that they make you sign. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, they are just a 3rd party middle man with the warehouses so they really do not have any pull or control over quality and the end result.

**Recommendations to others considering Flowspace:**

Do not use them! They make it seem like it will be an easy solution but do the research and find a warehouse that is a good fit with your industry and product. Make sure they have experience in your goods and contact them directly, most of them have their own software systems you can use and the rates will be SO much lower and more affordable.

**What do you like best about Flowspace?**

At first, I liked the flexibility. I work for a small company and we needed partners who were willing to take overflow storage. They have a nice network of warehouse to choose from.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

Everything else. Where do I even begin?
-You have a sales/tech company trying to interface with a warehouse. They simply don't understand the processes in place in a warehouse that make it efficient. Most Flowspace employees have never stepped foot in a warehouse and have zero expertise in what's necessary to run a warehouse. Each warehouse has its own strengths, weaknesses, processes and when you put people between brands and these warehouses, it makes things very difficult. Now build a database of over 100 warehouses, all with their own strengths, weaknesses and processes - it's a recipe for disaster. 
-Communication is AWFUL!!! I can't stress this enough. We had simple issues that were left open for MONTHS. Inventory issues, shipping issues, any issue you can think of, happened and the Flowspace team would often go completely dark for weeks at a time.
-High turnover for account managers - in 2 years, I worked with 8 different account managers, none of which onboarded their successor. Every single new person needed to be trained on our product, our shipping methods, everything in detail. There was zero history given to new hires. 
-The Flowspace team will embarrass you with your in-house leadership. I worked diligently with the Flowspace team to resolve issues. They would make promises that this issue or that project would be completed on a certain timeline. It simple never happened. I had to chase them constantly for stuff they offered. Whether it was a correction on an invoice, a cycle count, a question for the warehouse - NOTHING hit the timeline they would give. So often I was like having to explain why I said something would be done and that I was then chasing Flowspace to complete the task.

Let me also just say, these issues were not COVID-related. I am happy to give grace to the warehouses that were struggling to make things work. To be fair, the majority of issues land with the Flowspace team and not with their warehouse partners. I feel sympathy for the warehouse teams that are made to look bad by the lack of understanding and communication from the FS team. Every time I have worked directly with the warehouse contacts, it's been timely and executed perfectly.

All benefits have been completely eclipsed by the issues.
-Missing inventory at the warehouse
-System issues between our Shopify site and the Flowspace software
-Billing issues - credits are never applied to invoices 
-Shipping rate cards are impossible to get
-Service Level Agreements are not included in the FS contract
-Pricing change stipulations are not included in the contract, last pricing change was a 6% increase with 2 days notice. 
-Special projects are near impossible to coordinate
-Communication with the FS team is lackluster at best

Attentive customer support, can usually get ahold of someone pretty fast. Fairly intuitive UX, easy to manipulate orders. When everything is set up properly, the inventory management is accurate and useful. Effective Shopify integration.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

Portal is a bit buggy. The search bar doesn't always generate results even when a name is spelled correctly. We can't sort by service level until after an order is packed. We had trouble expanding our network of warehouses. Labels have had the wrong designation and we've been overcharged, frequently. Overall FS is reactive to problems (didn't identify that our kits were set up improperly and weren't decrementing, eg). Might benefit from a more thorough onboarding process. Admin might benefit from having more control (being able to revert orders to Open, eg)

Don't have to manage the inventory myself, although it makes it a bit tricky given the more complex nature of our product.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

Comms is a bit choppy, not to a fault of the people we've been working with. Everything is just a bit segmented across help email and discussion boards. Unsure how to go about fixing this, though, since there are three stakeholders versus just me working directly with the warehouse.

Beyond that, though, the software is non-existent when orchestrating international shipments outside of Flowspace. Thankfully the warehouse now knows to hold on international shipments until they get the green light from me. However, I think the system should allow for us to segment customer shipment by region.

Invoicing has also been a bit of a rocky beginning, but to be expected in the beginning I presume. I would MUCH rather have a running invoice available to view on the dashboard at any point in the month. Would allow me to check in and monitor things versus going into a deep deciphering mode when the full invoice is generated at the end of the month. Would give it greater transparency as well.

So far so good. Some things definitely missing for companies selling internationally, but they have a solid offering.

I'd like to say more free time to focus on other areas on the business, but there have been a ton of fires to put out in the early stages. As time progresses, though, I do believe time will gradually open up, and we won't be battling back any issues.

Josh Ortiz is on top of his game as our account manager, and has continued to grow in excellence and service to our demanding business needs.    We've been with Flowspace for almost two years, and have seen the several changes the FS team has implemented to make our shipping and integrations more seamless and functional.  While there are still areas to improve, we are very happy with our current service.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

We are still aching to get live shipping rate functionality between our ecommerce Shopify site and our contracted distribution centers.   Many other competitors have this, and it's a metric we're edged out on, and would love to implement as soon as possible to better serve our customers.   Secondly,  communication latency is still lacking on the FS messaging portal with DC's and FS representatives, and we wish this was a bit more "of the moment," but this has improved over the last 6 months - still room to improve here.   Lastly,  our expectations were mismanaged during the past holiday period with Black Friday / Christmas timeframe, and had a spike in mispicks and missing orders.  It is imperative that our level of service is maintained at the DCs during this crucial period of the year, and all expectations are communicated to temp workers/new employees as part of an ongoing practice.

All of our B2C and B2B distribution - we've freed up many of our employee's time to focus on larger and more strategic functions outside of fulfilling orders!

What I like best about Flowspace is the sense or urgency the team always treats my requests with.  Whenever I am in need of transportation or a quick quote they are always willing to work with last minute plans and are really quick to respond and have everything set up. Timing and prices are great, there has not been a time where my customers or I have gone unsatisfied. Their customer service team is a dream team.

To this date I've had nothing but great interactions with Flowspace. Even the most random requests they will always find a way to accommodate my needs. 

**What problems is Flowspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have mostly used Flowspace for transportation, and they have always left me in awe.From last minute bookings to last minute cancellations. There are a lot of times where my customers would rather work with Flowspace than with companies they have worked for years with. Great new organization!

Any time i am in between projects i always consult Flowspace.  I had a major project depleat my warehouse.  withing 1 week of contacting my Flowspace rep i was already servicing a 25k warehousing opportunity for 3 months.

with the Flowspace software i am able to track all leads and orders through their website.  i keep in touch with Flowspace at all times.  If we have a project that completes early i can rely on Flowspace to find me the customers to keep our warehouse generating money all year long.

Flowspace seems to not have much control over the warehouses, they kind of do what ever they want and at the pace they want. However, any time that ive had an issue the ops team tries to resolve it and they usually can promptly.

Depending on the warehouse, they might have trouble really keeping track of inventory so make sure you keep your own personal inventory sheet.

I do wish there was a flow.space app that we could use for more convenience. I also have experienced some lag in timing upon arrival of a shipment, to when it is received in the system.

Need access to make partial pallets into the count of pallets in the pick ticket as to make full loads or ltl loads

get the system and learn how to use it, it doesn't take long and will take hours off your workload daily, and when you do have an issue they resolve it with just a phone call usually within minutes

much smoother processing orders and keeping track of inventory, training of our customers is great and i would never use another system, our other problem was managing workload this prints it out in the morning and lets me move on to growing our company.

I don’t love the intercom email format where the email thread isn’t very clean and it can feel a little impersonal.

Key benefit is access to network without large commitment in either duration or volume. When it works, it simplifies logistics for companies not at the stage to manage it themselves.

**What do you dislike about Flowspace?**

Lots of moving parts, and when something goes wrong it is difficult to find immediate solution. It's NOT the same thing as having your own relationship with the warehouse providers.

**What problems is Flowspace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and customer service are OK, but need to be better if this is going to be a viable replacement for 3PL solutions. HIGHLY dependent on the particulars of the warehouse, and difficult to hold them accountable for mistakes.
