It's easy to use, and there always seems to be a way to get it loaded on whatever we need to access. Additionally, being able to whip out my phone and handle everything is fantastic.
Not sure if it was the type of connection I was trying to establish or if the GUI experience on the software was just not well thought out but I remember struggling quite a bit to make it work.
