The price. starting at $15/month for what I need, is a little high. I've also used Docusign (similarly priced though not as easy to use, IMO) and Docracy (free for unlimited use, though not as easy to use).
The fact that we have smartfields is great!
It is really poorly designed, very hard to navigate, and not intuitive whatsoever. The UI is also very buggy (eg. really tiny button that you need to hover on suuuper precisely if you're going to have any change of clicking it).
