"Time-Saving Templates with Few Limitations"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like being able to create templates and edit them as we prepare contracts in PandaDoc. I also like the ability to replace a document and not have to add all of the 'signature' tabs over again; they remain in the same place as with the original document before it was replaced. I also like the option to copy the document and then rename it, which means we don't have to create another contract, especially if it is for the same Franchisee with all the critical information being identical. Using PDF and the ability to bring in images from other documents uploaded to the Image Library is a great feature. The company also found PandaDoc to be more cost-effective, and the integration of other tools is a more seamless and cleaner process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Right now a big problem we are having is that when we use the template, we aren't able to place the 'field' labels without holding the Shift key and then that is even a little shaky. One thing that would help us to get these issues resolved is a better way to contact the Help Desk and interact with a Human instead of an automated machine. "Effortlessly Streamlines Contract Management"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I use PandaDoc for finalizing contracts and sending change orders, and it has been a game changer for our department. I love the ease of use and appreciate that it's user-friendly, making it simple for our customers to figure out with minimal assistance. The auto-fill feature and the ability to import custom documents are fantastic. I love that I can place fields as needed and easily make changes. It speeds up the entire process, allowing us to get virtual signatures on most documents and improve our ordering process. Reviewing older documents is very simple and user-friendly too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I wish there was an easier/more direct way to download the signed document to my computer. I typically have to refresh the page to get the 'download' icon to appear. This should appear after the signature is received. For me, the initial setup was a little challenging, but that’s because I wasn’t added to the correct team (user error). "Effortless Document Management, Instant Setup"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I really like using PandaDoc for getting agreements out to clients quickly and efficiently. The ease of use is fantastic, allowing me to draft and send agreements without hassle. I can send agreements to prospective clients within minutes after speaking with them, which is great for keeping the conversation fresh. The initial setup was a breeze, taking just minutes, and I've encountered no issues at all. I also appreciate being able to keep a database of agreements, which is very helpful. Overall, because of these features, I would highly recommend PandaDoc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

There is nothing that I dislike, as it has never fallen short for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Management with Excellent Templates"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I really appreciate how PandaDoc makes the entire process from start to finish smooth. The templates are fantastic; they save a ton of time and keep everything consistent without the need to double-check every detail. Having a base to start from instead of constantly rebuilding documents is a huge time saver. The initial setup was super easy, especially with the onboarding, which I highly recommend. It's also great to work with HubSpot. Overall, I find PandaDoc super easy to work with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I would like to have the ability to place a PDF directly inline into an agreement. It would eliminate a step for the customer if they were able to see it visually right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use PandaDocs That Speeds Up Document Signing and Templates"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

As a case manager, I use this system a lot, and it’s very easy to use. It cuts the time in half when landlords and clients need to sign and review documents, which means our clients can get their needs met faster. It also saves our documents so we can reuse them as templates instead of creating a new one each time, and it’s simple to assign fields to different individuals to complete. I really love using PandaDocs for the work I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

If I create a document and then want to add someone to the document, it is confusing and hard and so I end up creating a whole new document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Tool for Managing Patient Consent Forms and Medical Documents"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I use PandaDoc to create patient consent forms and medical documents in my daily practice. It helps me prepare professional documents that can be shared digitally with patients. The e-signature feature saves time and makes documentation more organized during busy clinical work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

In the beginning, it takes some time to understand all the features and settings. Also, when working with longer documents, loading may feel slightly slow. However, once familiar, it works well for regular documentation tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Management, Minor Formatting Issues"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like how easy it is to create, send, or track documents with PandaDoc. The interface is good, and the templates save us time. It's easy for users from different departments to learn quickly, and templates help us standardize documents instead of creating them from scratch. I really value the e-signatures and templates in PandaDoc. The UI setup and workspace setup are easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Overall the platform works for what we need, but there could be some improvements to the advanced formatting.

The SSO portion could have used some work as there was not a specialist in that department which left us fending for ourselves or being told 'this won't work' when in reality that wasn't true. This is no longer the case though as they now have a dedicated tech for SSO that's extremely knowledgable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Document Management with Room for Improvement"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I find PandaDoc really easy for creating and sending contracts, and I love being able to see the status of who's viewed and signed them. I appreciate that it provides a lot of different options, allowing me to send contracts through PandaDoc directly if someone doesn't want to use an email hyperlink. The flexibility with variables is fantastic, helping me make contracts exactly how I want them. Integrating PandaDoc with HubSpot is great as it links contracts to deal records seamlessly. Getting started with PandaDoc was pretty straightforward, and after one training session, I was able to use it without any problems. Overall, these features have been really valuable for structuring our contracts flexibly, which helps drive strong business outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

We do experience a bit of lag here and there where sometimes when I'm trying to bang a contract out, there seems to be a little bit of downtime or buffering. It usually comes back online. It's just in the moment when I'm trying to run through my day sometimes it can be a bit challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Contracts, Needs Improved Template Management"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I highly recommend the platform because it's great for creating quick contracts on the fly and proposals right in front of my customers, so they can immediately say, "wow", I'll sign it today.' It's a great tool to keep a record of all signed contracts in one simple place. I like the fact that I can create new templates quickly and roll forward existing contracts from other clients for new clients. It's really easy for me to quickly open PandaDoc, duplicate an existing contract, and customize it right in front of their eyes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

It would be nice if there were a way to have a core template document that's easy to use moving forward, like a master template. It would be helpful to manage master templates for various core packages as a quick pick list. The initial setup took more time than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Template & Library Control for Consistent, On-Brand Documents"
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

The control over design application, we used to have to email word documents around and inevitably someone would style things however they wanted or not have the correct version of fonts installed. This caused a lot of last minute reformatting that was rushed.

The library is an easy way to have lots of versions of commonly reused content, before we kept all the versions in the template and that file was huge.

Control on templates. I like that I can add blocks from the library for creators to choose from, since they're not likely to be aware of all the best options. I like the ability to make some blocks uneditable or locked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The inability for text to flow into content blocks on the next page so I manually have to adjust it. This leads into my next headache...

The hiccup that comments don't work if a page's content is too long, but only sometimes. This forces us to add page breaks even when we're early in creating a doc and may not have solidified the order we'll want content to appear in or how detailed we will or won't get. Being able to tag team members in comments is key to refining the content so that we can make a final formatting pass, but we end up having to do a lot of formatting early on so that comments save and are visible.

The UI to see page previews and number of pages is missed by most of my team. I have to remind them of this and explain it often so they can locate the area I need their support in.

Formatting on tables is pretty meh. The fact that I can style a regular table very specifically and I have extremely limited styling on pricing tables is a total miss. I can't format them to look similarly styled and there are pieces in the pricing table you can't change the font or sizing on AT ALL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
