What I really appreciate about PandaDoc is how it streamline document workflows in a business environment. In my corporate role I use it mainly for creating client proposals, sending contracts and tracking approvals. The ease of use makes it simple to build documents using templates and the ease of implementation allowed our team to start using it without much technical effort. It also provides a strong number of features such as e signatures, document tracking, content libraries and workflow automation. Because I regularly deal with proposals and agreements my frequency of use is quite consistent. The ease of integration with CRM and other business tools helps keep everything aligned.
