Nothing. The worst software ever. Too slow. Defeats the purpose of automating signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SO user-friendly, and fast. I have used DocuSign for years and never knew this kind of platform could perform and be so easy to use, until we moved to PandaDoc - being able to compare is helpful, and I am confident that PandaDoc is the best platform of this kind all around. Easy to integrate with other systems and also easy implement - we all learned how to use it in a training call that was under 30 mins, and it is just such a breeze! Customer Support is top-notch, they care about their users, and that is palpable. I use PandaDoc every day, the work I do is now easier than ever before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't say there are any downsides we use it daily and I have no complaints Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
PandaDoc allows parties to complete documents for judicial review in my jurisdictions. This allows cases to resolve much more quickly than if I had to mail documents back and forth. The individuals find the process easy to understand, minimizing any back-and-forth in terms of explaining. I really appreciate that PandaDoc allows 5 free documents per month. As a solo practitioner, I am keenly aware of costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found any aspects of PandaDoc that I don't like. For my purposes, it works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of time savings that I enjoy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost of online form submittals. We did use them internally, but had to switch to another solution. I was excited to use them for customer facing order capture but it was fiscally impractical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using PandaDoc has made my work life easier when requesting sign documents from the families. I work for Early Intervention and alot of paper work has to be provided to familes, before PandaDoc I would have to mail families a physical copy and waited for them to return sign documents. PandaDoc has allowed for the family to recieve the document, review, edit, sign and return all in the same day! The best part is that you can send a reminder to the persons email you're requesting a signature from. PandaDoc has helped me keep my documents ogranzie and easy to track whose documents is pending or being reviewed. YOU MUST GET PANDADOC, you won't regret it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There're no dislike in PandaDoc, every tool that is provided is self explaintory and simple to use. The families I work with love to sign and return documents, it easy! One thing I would like for PandaDoc to work on is allowing to edit the document after the person has completed or signed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Tool is sometines quite slow.
- Copy and paste from one offer/template to the next is difficult

There's many things.. first, it integrates with our CRM (SFDC) and using this daily saves me a lot of time. second, with enterprise deals, we can create 'rooms' which provides a nice workspace for next steps and important docs which helps me multithread across the organization. and 3rd, it's very easy to use! PandaDoc is an exceptional document management system that has significantly improved our overall productivity, workflow, and organization. Its intuitive interface allows for seamless creation, sharing, and tracking of documents, making the entire process more efficient. The system's robust features, such as e-signature capabilities and real-time collaboration, streamline tasks that were previously cumbersome, reducing the time spent on document approval and signing processes. Additionally, the analytics provided by PandaDoc offer valuable insights into document engagement, which helps in better decision-making and quality control. By centralizing our document workflow, PandaDoc has enhanced organization and minimized errors, making it an indispensable tool for our team’s daily operations. The only thing, and it's a small thing, is that I wish there were a way to input a list for a bulk send, and it populates the template or combines the spreadsheets. This would save me from having to fill out each cell one by one. However, the current setup is great; I have no complaints, but if I have to say one dislike, that's it. Through PandDocs we can able to complete Esig docs easily and expedite the claim
It takes only 90 seconds to send and can send through text and Email
Provide easy instruction and realtime data for esig send and receive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the downside of this one is when we need the signature to be on the middle of the box. Some user can draw the signature but the placement sometimes below and above the line or box.
Need to be added in the feature must be; when user tries to sign the docs and click accept and sign after that signature must be automatically in the middle of the box to be more user friendly to some of the senior and not a tech savy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
