Juro's Account Managers, Customer Support and Legal Engineers have been super responsive and really helpful. The Juro platform itself is clean and simple, making it easy to use relative to other CLM products on the market. We are in the early days of implementation, however so far we can see a clear way through to achieving our objectives with Juro and feel confident in the team's ability to support us through the integration process. It's a powerful platform relative to its price point, however we've found that some things that seem like obvious product features aren't quite there yet.
