I didn't like the analytics portion of HootSuite. Although it was somewhat easy to figure out, I wasn't getting the results that I was hoping for. Some of the "Streams" are limited in variety. I thought I was going to be able to monitor a lot more.
It is easy to use and has connectors for all the relevant Oracle Cloud apps that are fairly straight forward to configure.
The tool itself is hard to navigate and is not very intuitive when going through it to find the information you need. It also is hard to update information yourself and thus, you need to assign an "administrator". Further, it freezes often and takes a while...
